Hardcore Fitness Maniacs Tuesday Aug 5

Hey Maniacs,

major DOMs in the chest area from yesterday's workout! Today was just CTX Step & Intervals. The cold is getting better, but still don't feel like myself.
 
Meals Today:

M1: cheerios, 1c ff milk 1egg white
M2: protein pancake tbsp of jelly
M3:can of albacore tuna mixed w/ green beans and 6 croutons
M4: 2 sm egg plant on english muffin 1/2 tomato, colby cheese
M5: peach:D
M6: 1 piece of honey chicken baked 1/ 2 tomato

Toasty: When I first hop on me treadie I warm-up anywhere between 4.0 & 4.2 by the first challenge I’m around 4.6 – 4.8 by this time I’m good and warm. Then from there I pick it up between 5.2 & 5.5 mph that’s it, some days I challenge myself a little more. But this morn, wasn’t one:eek: You are going to love Bucket List, excellent movie.

Debbie: Your meals do you eat meals 1-6 at work? I do, but, today M6 taking home, my stomach is getting use too smaller portions.

I doubled up on my workouts today cuz I didn't do chest/back yesterday so I did it all today.

Abs on my own (various)
Chest

Inclines: 25# db's 3/8 (went light and still heard shoulder clicking so gonna ice it soon)

DB Flyes 35's 3/8

Bench 75# 3/6 (still very hard for me..my back must be too narrow or something..I try with all my might..I dunno) :rolleyes:

Back

Lat Pulldowns 80# 3/8
Chin Ups 9,7,7 (did these first..really need to improve and get to 15 again)
One Arm Rows 35# db's 3/8

Then I put in this scary movie..Wicked Little Things and went on elliptical...
Burned 381 cals
Traveled 4.6 mi
45 mins
speeds were low..movie was boring too. :p
 
Hey Crazies! Finished up Firm it up. Hoping for some soreness tomorrow.

The robin got away from me for a minute today, there was a slight:p panic of me running around the house screaming and doing some sort of high knee stepping dance moves as Carma was running around in her own panic with an earth worm stuck on her back. Should'a been here people, I'm tellin' ya!

Hey Suz! Good to see you back here! Sorry about the knee, darnit! Adjusting pedals and seats helped dh with his knee problem while riding.

Char- Great workout! I think I've seen that movie, it's an older one, right? Kinda weird if I remember right.

Pebbles- Skate practice? That sounds fun! Roller blades?

Hey to everyone else, sorry not much time here to post to everyone. Nice workouts and you all are doing great on the eating! Dang!

I came home and pushed out me workout I did BM2 upper body and abs some of the routines I did twice. I will post stats tomorrow. I'm headed to bed, my son is having surgery tomorrow, he has to be at the hospital at 11:30 and I have to take him. Night...night everyone!:rolleyes:
 
toasty, glad your dh is feeling better. did you like Bucket List? I watched most of it over the weekend with BF. We thought some parts were good, but it didn't quite live up to all the raves that he'd heard about it.

My super late workout was Bis and Tris from 4DS, abs from Amy's hi/lo knockout, then sixty each side bicycles. Nighty night!
