Holy MOly! You guys are chatty this morning. I'm might not catch up here. LOL! Anyhoos, Today is Cleaning/Decorating Max. I want to get in a CC workout also. I think I'll do #4 and compare my calorie burn to Debbie's. I'll probably get half of hers. LOL!

I got up to #20lb with P90X. I tried #25 but my left arm can't budge it and my right can move it up about a inch, plus my form goes out the window. Yes, you do Chest/back for 3 weeks then recovery week...then it will change in phase 2. It's a toughie!
Meg-Dang your hip! I hope the pain goes away soon.
Amber- With P90X, I did a few Cathe cardio workouts here and there. I rode my bike alot and did other cardio. Just whatever I felt like on days that called for doubles. Love your picture. You are georgous!
Anne- I remember the 3# and 5# days too. I've been lifting forever and can't lift like some here. I just think everyone is different and have different strengths. Like, I'm extremely strong when lifting heavy food to my mouth. LOL!
Diane Sue- Be careful on the ice! I've about gone down a hundred times when I walk my dog out to the bathroom. LOL!
Lora- Great calorie burn with the yoga! Have you had any cookies today? I'm keeping my eye on you. LOL! I'm good so far.
Jeanette- I bet you'll work up to 20#'s on biceps with P90X. Geez, I never got metal bee-bee's with my mammogram. WTH?
Debbie- Like I said above, I'm going to do CC#4 and see what calorie burn I get. I'm going to be on my St. Bike though.
