Didn't have the greatest workout this morning. My forearms are really bothering me and I had to stop after the first exercise with my bicep work. I'm starting to think all the sets and reps in this rotation isn't good for me so I'll need to think on it and decide what to do. That sucks because I really like this rotation.
1 minute rest between each set
BACK Barbell Rows:
90# - 5/5 (same as last week)
85# - 12/12 (up 5#)
70# - 15 (same as last week) ***Forearms started burning immediately with this exercise.
One Arm Rows:
47# - 5/5 (up 2#)
32# - 15 (up 2#)
Barbell Pullovers:
65# - 5/5 (same as last week)
55# - 12/12 (same as last week)
45# - 15 (up 5#)
BICEPS Dumbbell Curls:
30's - 5/5 (up 3#)
25's - 12 (up 3#)
20's - 15/15 (up 3#) ***Forearms were screaming by the time I got done with these sets. I decided to skip hammer curls and preacher curls.
Wrist Curls:
15's - 15/15

Thanks everyone about what you all said yesterday. I am definitely no hero in this situation. I hope now we can keep these threads about our workouts and eats and how we are doing with our health. That is what we are here for.

I'm just finishing up legs, ooh Boy got em real good, resting 30 sec to a min between reps. I'm trying to decide after I finish legs, do I want to walk or do a Kickboxing workout, Duh! I shall see see ya soon.
Morning Hot Hotties of the universe! I slept in too and I dreamt (is that a word?) all night about doing my workout and now I feel like I've already done it and don't want to do it again. ROFL! I'll be doing RCR workout A or B can't remember. It's raining here, so bike ride is out. Boo Hoo.

By this time I was done got a lot to do today. I invited my son's over for dinner tomorrow. I'm cooking collard greens, Mac & cheese and bake chicken, with corn bread. I'm going to take me a hot bubble bath and go shopping I feel like spending a dollar or two Have a wonderful day
My dad has finally headed home! I know I sound awful, but 9 days is a long time. Char, I don't know how you did it when you had your FIL living with you. My dad told everybody this was a SHORT trip and he plans to come back in the winter and stay longer. Uh uh. We're going to have a talk. The company being like fish talk. I know I should be more generous, but I'm not and I can't act like I am. And it's hard on my DH too b/c my dad will just go hang out with him in his computer room and talk his ear off. I understand that he's lonely, but he needs to get out and make some friends and not expect us to be his entertainment. And for anyone who says he raised me and now it's my turn to give back. Nope. I didn't meet him until I was 30. This time he came out without even checking dates with us. He just made his reservation and told us he was coming. He did the same thing at Christmas - for TWO WEEKS! He's 80 and running after these 52 year old women who only want his money. It's sad to watch.
Okay, now that I got that off my chest! I think DH and I are going to go for a ride today. I rode last weekend and my knee felt a bit better so I have hope.

I sometimes lurk here to get inspired and I have to tell ya, you all are amazing women! When I get better I will start my exercise programs and get to where I want to be. Then for more inspiration, I want to join this group again, cause, well, I'll be fit enough. Until then I do have to be true to myself. It shouldn't really be that long. I'm thinking sometime next year (around Christmas time). It's a great goal to have.
Anyway, continue on and keep the rest of us inspired as always.
Workout is done I think. I may go back and do some yoga later. Didn't get calves either.I woke late and then ended up cutting my workout shorter than I normally would. I ran on the treadmill for 6 miles this morning and then did the abs with the 8 tube from Amy's new 10 minute solution. I burned 859 calories. I will come back for personals later. I have to take my granddaughters out and get some errands run. I have two other grandchildren spending the night tonight and want to be done with stuff
Hey again! Finished RCR workout-B. This one is easier than A, so I jumped on the treadmill after and did 30 min. of walking intervals. Didn't get my stretch in, cuz dh booted me out.

Suz- I get nervous if one of our parents is here for a couple hours, let alone days! And I love them dearly. It's just so hard when you feel like you have to entertain them every second of the day. Isn't it raining where you are?
