Well it's back to the grind. The holidays being over are bittersweet, but I am glad to be back to normal.
Saturday was weights and yesterday was HIIT. My tm just got fixed earlier last week and on my last interval, it completely died. I'm glad I wasn't going full speed. I warmed up for 10 min and then did 15 rounds of 40 sec on and 20 off. By the time my tm responded, I really worked about 15-20 sec. It was enough
Today is weights and steady state again. I won't get that workout in until later tonight.
