Char- that is totally cool about your daughter wanting to be a vet. I contemplated that myself once upon a time, an equine vet. I wish I kicked myself in the a$$ more while I was in the military. Actually, I was enrolling in Suny Cobleskill for equine studies, but for some reason changed my mind and joined the military instead.

DS- that's a good WO. Isn't it nice to improve on moves. THat yoga/pilates I did last night, I never used to be able to do pretyy much any of the moves, now they wre almost easy!

Amber- I know it is hard when you see those scary numbers!!! I have to remind myself not to worry to much. I am sure your increase is mostly muscle you hot mamma!

Charlotte - Thanks about my tri's. They do seem stronger then my bi's. Weird. You work those tri's on Monday! You go with your bad self! :) And dang girl, you sure did BLAST your legs today!! GREAT GOING!!! Same with your back, you did awesome today!!!

Dallys - Did they fix CC2 for you too? Have you done the workout with Candace yet? When you do it, please let me know how you like it. I want to know if its set up the same way Sean's is. I think Diane Sue said it was.

Amber - You'll get the weight off, don't get too down on yourself about it. These things happen this time of year. Thats why I hate the holidays!

Diane Sue - Excellent workout. Where the heck do you get all your energy? Good Lord woman! You wear me out just reading what you've done.

Your workouts continue to inspire me and to push myself more so I toned it up a notch today and used more weights. When I read what you did today too, it makes me tired. lol. You must take the right vitamins too. I don't know what kind of mission your on as you go beyond..waaaayyyy beyond.

Hey Maniacs! Just finished off a late lunch. Great big salad!:9
I found a really cute leather chair at Target yesterday and it's been on my mind ever since. Sent my DH over there and he bought it plus the foot stool for me. It's armless, perfect for guitar playing.:)

Debbie- I did get the CC2 fixed. They have the layout of it wrong on the site. It only shows 1 steady state, but the workout it all there. I haven't downloaded the CC6 on my Ipod or a disc yet. I need to get that done today. I'll let you know what I think.

Char- Can you walk after all that? Holy Cow! I can almost call you a Diane Sue! LOL! I'm supposed to do Drill Max today, but I'm sooo not in the mood. I just want to do CouchXinablanketMax today. What's wrong with me? I've been such a slacker later. Come kick me! Oh! and cool about your little Vet!

Amber- My scale says my body fat% is 5 or more % higher than the the hand held Omron. I'll stick with the hand held Omron.:) It's way more consistant and accurate and nicer.

Meg-Takes a tough person to be an Equine Vet. Those big ones are...well.. BIG. LOL!

Diane Sue- Great job on the workout. It's great that you are improving at some of the moves. You are so motivating. Look what you've done to Char! She's an animal done gone crazy on legs.

Off to shower or workout or something. Geez, so not in the mood today. Probably lack of food. Maybe I'll eat some Ice cream.:)

Hi Ladies - Finally home from work. As you can tell by my late AM check in's, I'm still having a hard time getting back into the swing of things. Jay (the senior partner) left for Florida today with his SO. He won't be back until the 16th. I typed for Ed all day and it wasn't too bad. I start answering the phones next week. The files are a whole different story. I'm beginning to realize where a lot of the problems lie with the system (not that they are fixable) and I think I got a grand total of 10 things filed today, but I was busy ALL DAY and didn't stop typing until 2:00. There are 2 male attorneys that are so nice to me. They always stop and ask how I'm doing or say "hello Lora" and they were only introducted to me on my first day. I navigated around in the computer files a tiny bit better today. I'm beginning to see that the last Assistant wasn't too picky about her work (especially when it came to the files - no need to go into detail. I find it odd that Ed and Jay say she was the Best Assistant and was so great when she was only there 3 months. I don't even know how you can be that good at your job in 3 months!!

Well, I don't know what to do rotation wise. I've technically been doing the leg rotation for 8 weeks now, but there were a couple weeks where I did a full body weight workout instead of just a lower. I don't know if I should continue on it for 2 more weeks or switch now. Any suggestions? I don't really notice a lot of difference in my legs.

Charlotte - I just got my Wolf Moon/Lyacon C&S last night. It's due to ship today. I've been waiting forever. I really ended up doing a lot of damage on the BPAL site with the update. I'm so excited about the Snake Pit oils cuz I love Snake Oil. I also think The Adrodgny carny one sounds really good and a couple of the Valentine's ones. You didn't order any from the Lupercalia page?
 
Debbie, I went back and looked at CC#6 with Sean and Candace. THe similarities is the long hill climbs that end in an all out 1 minute sprint. Sean's does this in challenge 1 21 minutes, where Candace does this on Challenge 4 16 minutes. Candace has four challenges:) Both have a challenge with 5 1 min. sprints. So there are similarities but they are different.
