Today I did live zoom dance class. Glad I did, it was very low impact.

Roxie - please be safe.

Debbie. - great Jo’s on your walk yesterday. It sure its hot outside. Sadie isn’t doing so well with the heat.

Wednesday I did LMR 2Elevated Low Impact Cardio 35 minutes, 193 calories and Lauren Standing Osteoporosis Friendly abs, 10 minute, 35 calories and finished with a Senior Shape 13 minute stretch 40 calories. Total time 58 minutes, 268 calories.
Yesterday, I did Lauren Super Sets total body, 44 minutes, 179 calories.
Today I only did Lauren Knee Pain Stretch and a second short stretch for everything, 31 minutes, 66 calories. My knee hurt all night along with my ribs again. It was hard to sleep.

Roxie, we have had storm warnings, but they seem to bypass us.

Roselyn, nice work on Upper Body 1 Cathe STS.

Belinda, I am glad your daughter's surgery went well. Sorry it took longer to get it done. Good job on the Pilates with a broom. I hate car shopping. My husband on the other hand loves car shopping and just viewing cars. I hate having to put off weight work because I have pain somewhere.

Debbie, walking in the heat would be unpleasant and tiring. My dog wants me to play with him, but after a couple of rounds of fetching the ball he drops it on the door step and wants to go in. I am always up for going inside.
 
Evening,

I had to take Sadie to the emergency vet at 2 am. We didn’t get home until 6 am. She has diarrhea and vomiting. She wasn’t eating or drinking water. The vet gave her fluids, did blood tests. She has pancreatitis. She still has diarrhea. The meds haven‘t kicked in yet. She was eating cooked chicken, spit out the rice. I haven‘t slept at all. I hope to get a good night sleep tonight.

I did a live zoom Pilates with the foam roller this evening. Glad I did.

Diane - thank you. I am glad DD is doing well. It‘s so hard to shop for cars. My husband likes car shopping too. I guess it‘s a guy thing. I think I will start STS M2 W1 again. I hear you on putting of weights for pain. I am so sorry you are in so much pain. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi,

I restarted STS M2 Week 1 D13 CST. I also did Pilates abs.

I did made an appointment with Sadie‘s our vet. Sadie kept waking me up ever hour last night. She still has diarrhea which can last a few day’s. Her vet couldn‘t see her, another doctor did. I like her too. Apparently Sadie pancreatitis # were over 2000 on Sunday, normal is 200. The vet took another blood test, her # are all normal again. She tested Sadie for other things, everything is normal. Sadie isn‘t eating the cooked plain chicken and rice :( She put Sadie on a prescription Diet. First she wanted to see if she would eat it before I spend that $$. She gave Sadie some prescription wet food to see if she would eat it. She gabbled that food up. Sadie is eating again, she like the new food. She will stay on it until we know the pancreatitis isn‘t coming up. Yorkies are prone for pancreatitis. She gave Sadie fluids, since sie hadn‘t drinking much since yesterday. She wants her on all the meds the emergency clinic on Sunday put her. She gave Sadie a shot so she wouldn‘t vomit for 24 hours and put her on a different meds for her colon to relax. She still has blood in her stool. Sadie should feel much better by Wednesday. I am just happy she is eating the new food. She is licking the bowl. I cooked chicken tenders and white rice like I was instructed, she didn‘t like the bland food, lol. I am exhausted no sleep, giving Sadie a shower after she had diarrhea, it gets into her fur. What a mess!! Clean up her mess she made, poor thing. Wrap her up in blankets. Get up at midnight to give her meds, she is on a schedule. Get up at 4 am give her meds. Around the clock. I feel so bad for Sadie :(

No workouts this weekend. Today I did Lauren's Strength and Cardio no equipment and a knee friendly cardio,47 minutes 217 calories, hr 109/152.

Belinda I am so sorry to hear Sadie is sick. It is hard when they are sick and seeing them suffer. They dont understand when we have to adjust their eating. I hope this gets better quickly. Nice work on M2 week 1, day 13 cst and pilates.

Hi all. So I have no idea what is going on with me. I have lost my mojo. I do not want to work out and haven't except for the few workouts I did here and there. Next week my DH and I are on vacation and will be doing some one day trips so I probably won't do much then. We plan on going to parks and hike a bit so that will at least get me some steps. I'm really planning on starting up my workout regime again after next week, I have no excuses. Although that damn pinched nerve still bothers me here and there, it really shouldn't stop me from working out.

I don't know, I can't figure out why I don't want to do anything anymore. Maybe it's because I have to get up so early, that is a killer for both of us. I guess I'll have to deal with that when I head back to work in August. Now that I'll be off, I can workout at a decent hour.

On a happy note, today is my last day!! Looking forward to a lot of soapmaking and time alone. Also, I will have my website up and running soon so as soon as it is, I'll share it with you all.

Belinda - I'm so sorry to hear about Sadie. I hope she is doing better.

Roselyn - Nice job with your workouts!

Diane - Good job on your workout yesterday. You're right, our animals don't understand the changes we have to make for them sometimes. It's hard, especially when they can't tell us what is wrong. :(

Evening,

I did live zoom dancing today plus Pilates with the foam roller.

I ended up taking Sadie back to her vet. She was giving medication to stop vomiting for 24 hours. She threw up this afternoon. The vet took x-rays, her pancreas is still inflamed. If Sadie is refusing to eat or drink with have to hospitalize her for IV‘s. She been monitored closely. I was up with her again all night long. The diarrhea is a lot less. She hadn‘t had diarrhea since this morning. She is eating her food, she isn‘t drinking a lot of water today. I had her vet give me a new schedule, the one I was giving had me give her meds around the clock. I like her new medication schedule a lot better, maybe I will get some sleep.

Diane - thank you. It‘s very hard. I agree they don‘t understand why we have to change their eating habits. Great job on Lauren's Strength and Cardio no equipment and a knee friendly cardio.

Debbie - thank you. I hope she will fully recover and never have to go through this again. I hope taking a break and enjoy your vacation is all you need to get your mojo back. Enjoy your vacation.

Good Evening

We are on vacation spending time at the lake in our camper. Yesterday I went gor a walk in the morning and then we got back after boating I did KCM Build and Burn Upper Body Supersets. This morning it was storming so I couldn’t go for a walk but after we came back from boating we walked 2 miles. I need to work some core in.

Debbie-I understand the no mojo thing that has been happening for me the last five years and I really don’t have an excuse I go to work at 9 and am home by 2 so there is no reason. My DH snd I were just taking about this yesterday.

Belinda-I have chronic pancreatitis so I really have to watch alcohol intake and high fat foods or I end up with diarrhea and sometimes vomiting.

I’ve done that before and lost my mojo. I just push myself and it’ll start coming back.
So I started Cathe STS program the first one I’m going to do that until Caroline releases her new program in September

I did STS M2 W1 D14 Legs plus Pilates balance.

Roxie - Sorry you are going through this. It must be tough. Sadie just doesn‘t understand why she isn‘t getting anymore treats. She is on a soft food diet right now, that‘s it. At least she like it.

Roselyn - great job on STS D1 today.

Tuesday I did Lauren Strength Cardio Hybrid 30 minutes, 168 calories, heart rate 123/159, 10 minute standing strength Kettlebell or dumbbell, 58 calories, heart rate 114/136, and 7 minute stretch 19 calories, total time 47 minutes, 245 calories.
Yesterday morning I got my second infusion and was tired so no workout. I just relaxed.
Today I did Lauren Power Strength Training Advanced twice through( she says you can do it all 2 or 3 times to lengthen it. This was 33 minutes, 164 calories, HR 109/146 and followed with CDorner Cardio Stretch, 47 minutes, 249 calories, HR 121/170. Total time 80 Minutes, 413 calories.

Debbie, I am sure after some rest time you will get the urge to get back to the workouts. A break is probably good for you. Have a lovely vacation.

Belinda, I hope Sadie gets better soon. Hopefully the new schedule will be much better. Good job on STS M2 W1 D14 Legs plus Pilates balance.

The new schedule for Sadie is perfect, I am getting some sleep now. Sadie is doing really well. How is the house hunting going?
