Today I did CDorner Total Body Light Weight All Standing workout, 30 minutes, 203 calories, heart rate 141/169, 1,387 steps. I then did LMR Cardio Bonus, 14 minutes, 102 calories, heart rate 145/166 and finished off with Kelly's 20 minute stretch, 21 minutes, 48 calories. Total time 64 minutes, 353 calories. I have another busy week. Getting ready for a nephew and family to come and visit this weekend. Yesterday I did not feel well and pretty much just sat around all day.

Debbie, good, job on the treadmill walk. I always wonder how anyone would want to go watch awful movies like that. I always felt that it must start at school age when it is more like a dare to be able to tolerate that kind of stuff and as adults it just hangs on. With so much awful real stuff I don't need to see movies like that. I hope you feel better.
