Saturday-I visited my parents, no workout.
Sunday- 4 mile walk in the hills, my legs are so sore today. Boy did I sleep well last night.
Today I took the pup for a 2 mile walk and will try to walk in the afternoon too. I had an early appointment which made my walk shorter today.

Great job on the workouts over the weekend everyone.

Debbie, good luck at your doctor's appointment today, I am sure everything is going to be great!

Today I did CDorner Total Body Light Weight All Standing workout, 30 minutes, 203 calories, heart rate 141/169, 1,387 steps. I then did LMR Cardio Bonus, 14 minutes, 102 calories, heart rate 145/166 and finished off with Kelly's 20 minute stretch, 21 minutes, 48 calories. Total time 64 minutes, 353 calories. I have another busy week. Getting ready for a nephew and family to come and visit this weekend. Yesterday I did not feel well and pretty much just sat around all day.

Debbie, good, job on the treadmill walk. I always wonder how anyone would want to go watch awful movies like that. I always felt that it must start at school age when it is more like a dare to be able to tolerate that kind of stuff and as adults it just hangs on. With so much awful real stuff I don't need to see movies like that. I hope you feel better.

Today I did RAW Shadow Boxing 1 and had a good workout.

Workout was 43 minutes, burned 352 calories, did 3328 steps and HR was 140/166.

The doctor said he thinks my blood pressure is causing the heart rate spikes so he put me on a beta-blocker and magnesium oxide. I've been taking magnesium forever but I don't think it is the oxide kind. We'll see if this helps.

Jolie - Great job with your walks!! You are getting a lot of good miles in.

Diane - Nice job with your workout. Yea, I don't get how anyone can watch those types of movies. If we had known it was one of those, we would have never started watching it.

Debbie, I would look into Celtic Salt for your heart rate spikes along with Potassium. When you go to the emergency room for heart rate spikes, they immediately give you an IV of both salt and Potassium. Doctors say salt is bad for you, but it is the exact opposite. This is why so many people run into serious problems when they drink too much water, they flush these minerals out of the system, and it causes havoc. Look into it.
Today's workout was CL All In Upper Body and I had a great workout. I went a bit slower than Cathe and used a little heavier weight instead of a high rep workout.

No workout today, just not feeling it.

Jolie - I do drink water with 1 tsp celtic salt every morning and it hasn't done a anything for my heart rate spikes. I've been drinking this in the morning before my workouts for at least 2 year. He told me to take a magnesium oxide, which I am doing each evening. Hopefully soon this will work itself out.

Jolie, good job on CL All In Upper Body. I did feel better and wanted to get in more of a workout. Although if I burn more calories AI tells me to eat more calories when I have a hard enough time getting in all of the calories in a day. My appetite is not very good lately.

Belinda, nice work on the dance yesterday and today's CL # 459 Strong and Fit: Legs and Shoulders. I am doing better. Usually, I have to have a rest time midday.

Debbie, nice job on Raw Shadowboxing #1 yesterday.
 
No workout today, I have my thermal imaging for my breast exam today and I'm supposed to workout. Haven't felt much like working out anyways. Hope all of you have a great workout!
 
Yesterday I walked the pup for 4.2 miles, it is starting to get hot now! Today I signed up for Cathe Live and did CL #25 Strong Upper Body and Core and had a great workout. This workout is in a Giant Set format, x 3 rounds x 12 reps each set. I was pretty much done by the end of each Giant Set. My Biceps are pumped! Also, this was the first time that I have done Core and ABs in a while. I have contractors starting next Monday to start my bathroom reno so I hope to still be able to get my workouts in.

Debbie, I am doing the Thermography for my breast exam in October. I am having the whole upper body from the Cervix up to my neck.

Diane Sue, great job on the workout yesterday! I am not eating enough either, I am really lean right now since I have gone on the Carnivore diet.

Belinda, great job on the Cathe Live workout yesterday. I do not think that I have done that one before.
