Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did SWAT Toning followed by Total Body Blast Kettebells with Lauren Brooks. I added some ab work with the med ball. Total workout was 69" and I burned 487 calories.

I didn't like this SWAT as much as the strength one.....cuz you use bands and I didn't feel like I got a great toning workout.

Have great workouts everyone. Gotta go....running late. Had trouble logging on to my computer.

Not one of my greatest workouts. Aunt Flo is kicking in and I am so tired and have a headache and cramps. It was all I could do to make myself get on my treadmill and do a workout. But I did it. Even though I almost stopped after the first challenge, I kept going and did what I had planned to do today.

I did one of the mixes I made up and it only had two challenges in it, but both are long.

After that I did 4 - 1 minute plank holds and added in some knee drops, hip dips and lifted myself up from side to side. Then I did the ab work from Power Hour skipping the planks at the end. My abs were on fire by that time.

Cardio only stats:
41 minutes
33 minutes in zone
249 calories burned
2.6 miles travelled

I did my workout this morning and DH and I went out to run some errands. We are getting ready to go get some groceries and stop by dd since they are doing a garage sale today. I did In the Ring and burned 562 calories, then I did Circuit Zone girl fight segment wearing my weighted gloves, then the biceps, triceps, and triceps burn and the shoulders, I then went back and repeated those segments a second time. I then did Core Blast standing segments 2&3, stability ball, and floor 1&2.
I went back and did the foam roller segment of Circuit Zone. Total calorie burn was 932 calories. Tomorrow I will do legs and back. I am doing 3 leg workouts this week.

Debbie - I can relate. I have Aunt Flo in town also and had a hard time today.

I did butts and Gutts - and with all the strength training i have been doing, I had a hard time with the endurance. It kicked my fanny! I did not wear my HR monitor, but I feel like I burnt mega calories. I used quite heavy weights also.

Tomorrow I am going to do pyramid upper body. My right hamstring is really tight!! I am on a mission to get buns of steel - have been doing serious glute workouts. Having fun with them.

Hello! today I did the first four combos of Tracey's kickboxing workout from Cardio Sweatfest, then sixty situps with my four pound med ball, then most of Ravi and Ana's Ultimate Stretch. Off to the grocery store now to get ingredients for zucchini bread--yummmy!
 
Hey Maniacs! Today's workout was 10 Min. trainer Cardio with w/u (LOVE this workout!), Valslides level 1-2-3, 10 min. trainer yoga flex with w/u and c/d. Really sweated through out and felt pretty good.

Dh rescued a baby Robin, so we are like new parents. . I'll keep you posted if he survives (Dh and I are making that our personal goal). He's really perked up since yesterday when he was near death and the bees were after him. Dh put him back up in the nest, but his bro's pushed him out again, so he had to save him since he was now abandoned (One other bro didn't make it). He's really perked up since yesterday. He eats ALOT of worms and we figure he's about 12 days old. His name is Rob.
