Today I worked Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Had an excellent workout.

1 minute rest between each set.

CHEST:
Bench Press

Incline Dumbbell Press
30's - 1 set/10 reps
32's - 1 set/10 reps
35's - 1 set/8 reps

Flat Dumbbell Flyes:
22's - 1 set/12 reps
25's - 1 set/10 reps
27's - 1 set 10 reps

SHOULDERS:
Dumbbell Military Press:
17's - 1 set/10 reps
20's - 1 set/10 reps
20's - 1 set/7 reps

Lateral Raise
10's - 1 sets/12 reps
11's - 1 set/10 reps
12's - 1 set/10 reps

TRICEPS:
Close Grip Barbell Press
55# - 1 set/10 reps
60# - 1 set/10 reps
65# - 1 set/9 reps

Lying Dumbbell Extension
15's - 1 set/10 reps
16's - 2 sets/10 reps

This morning's workout was P90X2 Total Body and Ab Ripper X2. Total time 78 min, calories burned 413. I had to hurry and get my errands ran because the appliance repair guy should be here around 1 to fix my washer and icemaker.

Today was cardio and I chose a Cardio Coach Mix I made up. Had a pretty good workout.

Today I worked Back, Biceps and Abs. Had a great workout.

Underhand Barbell Row

60# - 1 set/10 reps
45# - 1 set/12 reps - back-off set

One Arm Row
32# - 1 set/10 reps
35# - 1 set/10 reps
37# - 1 set/10 reps
25# - 1 set/10 reps - back-off set

BICEPS:
Barbell Curl
35# - 1 set/15 reps
45# - 1 set/10 reps
47# - 1 set/10 reps

Hammer Curls
20's - 1 set/10 reps
22's - 2 sets/8 reps

I did 15 reps each exercise and then took a 1 minute break and repeated 2 more times.

The back-off sets burned. I just threw those in because I felt like it.
 
Did I post yesterday?? I did P90X2 Yoga for 50 minutes. That was moxt of it but we were headed out to the Great Salt Plains so nothing else.
Today I did P90X balance and power, 62 min, 324 calories. I did much better with this this time. Calories were up some too. I guess I worked harder:) Then I did Brook Benton Kettlebody cardio kettlebell. I have been wanting to do a kettlebell workout for awhile. P90X balance and power was 62 min, 324 calories. Brook Cardio Kettlebell was 33 min, 253 calories. Total time was 95 min and calories burned 577.
 
No workout for me today, I woke up with a really bad sinus headache. Went back to bed and still feel like crap right now. All I want to do is sleep. Took some sinus meds, hopefully that will help. :(
 
This Morning I did Amy's Kickbox surge and core training, 73 minutes, 663 calories, Avg HR 139- Max HR 161. I then did P90X2 Recovery and mobility 1st mobility segment and the foam roller segment 30 min.
Today was supposed to be rest or recovery and mobility. I did the whole thing earlier this week and felt the foam roller is what I really needed. :)
 
Today I worked Legs & Calves. Had a pretty good workout after I finally woke up a bit.

Teddygirl is officially back YAY! lol. Want to share some news, not only am I a grandmother NOW I am a great grandmother, EEK, yes sir My oldest GD gave birth to a beautiful girl.

For Mother's Day my son brought me a Scooter and it goes up to 80mph loving it Thought I share.

First workout last night went for a 5 mile run, and it felted great:rolleyes: Tonight is another 5 miler. Not sure what my weigh training is going to be who knows maybe I mix and match, just as long as I'm doing somthing. Glad to be back;)
 
This morning I did P90X 2 core 55 min, 237 calories. I followed with Step Moves 44 min, 336 calories. I didn't want a lot of jumping since tomorrow is Plyocide. This is the start of week 3 of P90x 2. I ordered the Addiction heavy bag workouts. Looking forward to incorporating those.

Roselyn I will have to check that one out.

Debbie, I hope the headache is better today.

Teddy, glad to see you back. Congratulations on the great gradbaby:D. The scooter sounds like a fun gift.
 
It looks like I was the last and the first LOL That is typical on weekends. My workout is done. I did Plyocide with the exact calorie burn as last time. 55 min, 335, Max HR 160. I then did 15 minutes on the treadmill while I watched the P90X2 Statrt here dvd. It just went through less than I read in the books an...d a lot of selling Beachbody products. I should pull it out of its sleezve and throw it out. But being the person I am it will stay and I will pretend like it is a blank page. Oh, and that was 1 mile 107 calories, hills and jogs. I finished with Yoga X2 which is scheduled for Tuesday when I will be gone:D So, I got it out of the way:D It is good. Just hard to do a full almost hour. At least it is not 91 min like P90X! Yoga X 2 was 63 min and calories burned 215. Total time cardio 70 min, 44 calories. Add Yoga X2 2 hr 12 min and 651.
