Hey Guys,:)
Last night, I fried some good ole pork chops for me and my brother. I’m not a big pork eater; but…..every now and then I’ll eat it, so sat down ate with my bro; big mistake, I ain’t going to lie, they were good I ate 2 , man oh man, hours later, I started feeling light headed. This morning woke up felted sick. when I got up to shut off my alarm OH BOY I had to lay back down quick the room started moving. I did not get up till 10:00 called job told them I’m talking ½ day vacation. Lesson learned, stay away from pork.

Today was Les Mills Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter, 54 minutes, 478 calories, max HR 160. For strength I did Gym Style Back and Biceps, 36 min, 244 calories. Total workout time was 90 minutes and calories burned 722 calories. I did so much better on getting my HR up today:D

Today I decided to do about 45 minutes of P90X Yoga-X. I like that workout but it's so damn long. My shoulder blade is still bugging me a bit but the knot is gone. I need to have DH rub it out for me again tonight.

Morning Guys :)

Feeling goooooood!!!!!!!! No more sickness:rolleyes:

This morning, I did cardio legs blast. ouch! I really enjoyed this workout kind of reminded me of Legs & glutes……….a bit. Here's what I plan, not sure if I'm going to follow Cathe's 90 day rotation to the T; I know me; on the days of cardio or legs I probably do another one of her workouts not all the time but.....would love to get in Les Mills work.

Cardio legs really is an awesome workout, but didn’t fatigue my legs (I’m still standing):cool::cool:;) I know once I do the 80 minute leg workout that’ll do it for me:eek:) But all in all I had a blast.

Debbie: I remember I did P90X yoga man oh man them dog gone downward dog moves....they wouldn't go away, lol  Nice work.:) btw, checked out Candace site, I'm going to download her treadmill workout, thank you for mentioning it, I wouldn't thought.....:)

This morning I did Les Mills Combat Hiit Power 1 30 min, 242 calories. I then did Gym Style shoulders, and the 34 min legs premix, 45 min,276 calories. I finished off with Combat Inner Warrior Stretch and Strength 18 min, 77 calories. Total time was 93 min and calories burned 593. This was plenty of lower and shoulders since Combat had all of those squat overhead presses, clean and press, and lunge jumps. My legs and shoulders are tired:)

Debbie, that is such a good yoga workout but I always was relieved when I got through the first 45 min or so that were nothing but downdogs. I really love the P90X2 yoga and it is only 66 min..

Teddy, nice work. I am not so much of a fan of legs and glutes. Maybe I did it to death when I first got it. I would do the super long premixes and kept raising the weights. I probably had remarkable leg endurance but that is all I felt.

Today was suppose to be total body but I don't want to do that until this pinch in my shoulder blade goes away. I did Cardio Coach #3 instead. Short and sweet. Had a good workout but my shoulder was bugging me during the running parts.

CARDIO STATS:
40 minutes total
3 minutes below zone
15 minutes in zone
23 mintutes above zone
338 calories burned
2 miles traveled

Teddygirl & Diane Sue - I love Down Dogs! :)

Morning :D

This morning, I did CC #1 revised; that's it:rolleyes:I wake up late it was after 5am oh boy was I pissed. Any who, my plan is to go home and push out Xtrain bi's and tri's and do the 100 rep challenge (yeah right) lol. Really tho, If I do, this would put me back on schedule. I shall see

Debbie: Have you tried muscle relaxers? Nice work:)

Diane: The only way I can get though L&G NOW is by doing the 80 min Xtreme workout. Hm...going to put on next week schedule;)

Today was Les Mills Combat 30, 30 min, 207 calories and Combat Core Attack 17 min, 74 calories. That was the rotation plan. I then did Brook Benton's Kettlebell Butts and Gutts Express Kettlebell abs 9 min, 44 calories. I went on to do Gym Style Chest and Triceps, 48 min, 198 calories. Total time was 1 hr 44 min and calories burned 523.

Debbie, my hat is off to you with down dogs. I don't hate them, I just get bored if that is all I am doing. I hope the pinch goes away.

Teddy, glad that you were able to do something. I wish I could oversleep. I never oversleep! When I do I am shocked. I wake hours before I want to and keep looking at that darn clock. Nothing I can do about it that I know and I refuse to take meds. I generally make up for it somewhere. Oh, and I hate muscle relaxers. Had a dr give that to me once and I swear I almost fell on the floor trying to get up!! I hated them. Needless to say I quit quickly. My doctor just suggests and asks what I want to do and puts out what meds she can give. SHe is good about samples so I can try and so no before I purchase. I hate meds anyway. There are more side effects for the most part than good stuff.

I had to come back and tell you guys this " I CAN HARDLY WALK" Yowza:eek: DOMS:confused: When I did CC this morning I kept my treadmill on an incline feeling it good.

I got up to do Candace's Run Fit workout but decided to do Yoga Stretch instead. My body feels really tight again and I just figured it would be best to do a stretch rather than running again.

Only thing is I can't workout tomorrow. I have an early meeting so I won't have time. I should make myself workout Saturday morning. I will try. I hate missing two days of workout. I don't count today as a workout.

Morning:D

No pm workout aaaargh…………………….

However, this morning I did Xtrain biceps and triceps.:D I LOVED it; before I knew it, the workout was over. Know what? I only got 3 hours of sleep I could not sleep to save my life. My workout was okay, and I did go heavy................ but I was like blah…blah usually I’m so pumped.

Today I started with Les Mills Combat Power Hiit 1, 30 min, 207 calories. I was frustrated with the burn and my new hr monitor so I did Les Mills Pump Step 32 min, 209 calories. These both burned about 50-60 calories less than usual. I then did Cathe's STS yoga based abs 15 min, 40 calories, and finished off with Combat inner warrior stretch and strength, 19 min, 65 calories.
This HR monitor does not have the vo 2 max or the own zone. It does not take into consideration yout fitness level. It is just basic. It even had my high end zone at 136 bpm. I moved it to 45 and it said that was 90% of max. Umm!! I hardly feel like I am working at that rate. It is going by my being 60 I think. Total time today was 95 min and calories burned 514. I may go back and try changing the age and see if it makes a difference.

Debbie, I think most yoga counts as a workout. Muscles are still being worked and stretched.

Teddy, I get some really good workouts in on lack of sleep and never can quite figure that out.

Istarted with Combat Upper Body Blowout, 25 min, 138 calories. Again I did not think that was accurate. This gets your HR up there. So I went to Polar's site and read up on it a bit. I went back and wet the strap with some saline solution and Moved the transmitter a little to the left. It seemed to do somewhat better after that. They said some people have to move tthe transmitter around till they find the spot that gets the HR the best. Including maybe even turning the transmitter upside down. Next I did Combat 45 Kata, 43 min, 270 calories, and I finished with budokon strength and balance 33 min, 122 calories. Total time spent was 1 hr 42 min and calories 520.

All Out Hiit today and ab work, finished week 2 of xtrain. I like it, there is a lot of muscle confusion and things change from week to week, so far body liking it and responding.

No workout yesterday. We had to leave town really early and were gone all day. Drove back in sleet. Today we are leaving again and it looks like ice out there. Hopefully the roads are not too bad since it is a 2 hour drive. We have a family birthday party to go to.
Today I got up and did Chalean Extreme Intervals. 41 min, 213 calories, max hr 161. I am still annoyed with this new HR monitor readings. I then did Cathe's Total Body Trisets back, biceps, and core premix, 35 min, 125 calories. Total time 77 min, 338 calories.
