Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 5/13

So I think my treadmill is on it's last legs. :( It wouldn't start right this morning and it kept stopping. I unplugged it, tightened the plug into the wall and tried again. It worked until the last 5 minutes of my workout and then it decided to stop on its own. Dangit. I love that treadmill. I'm gonna have DH look at it later, maybe he can figure out what it's doing.

I did Cardio Coach #1 today and had an ok workout. I walked a lot this weekend and I'm sore all over.

I am tired this morning. Not enough sleep this weekend I guess. Anyway I did P90X 2 V sculpt, and Ab Ripper X 2 72 min, 334 calories. I then did Susan Chungs Rapid Fire 3 Blast Rock Hard Express mix, 27 min, 153 calories. This one is the tabata rounds and weights. Total time was 99 min, and caloris burned 486.

Debbie, I am sorry about the treadmill. I hope that your husband can figure something out.
 
My body is sore and tired. I had a weekend full of walking and my legs are still sore from that. Today I just did Karen Voights Yoga Stretch to give my muscles a break. It felt good.

Seems the power strip thing we had the TM plugged into was the problem! I unplugged it from the strip and then just put it directly into the plug and it came right on and worked fine. We'll see how it does next time I do my cardio. :)
 
This morning I did P90X2 PAP lower. I then did Les Millls Pump Revolution, squat, legs and back, lunge/squat, and abs tracks, 22 min. I finished with Combat Inner Warrior strength and stretch. Total time was 1hr 41min, 591 calories.

Debbie, glad that you got the treadmill to run and I hope that is all it was. Sometimes those surge bars get messed up. I think we are really supposed to change them out every once in awhile.
 
Today I did Cathe's Supersets workout. I went light, highest for upper body was 8's. Highest for lower body was 35#. Had a great workout and not feeling any tightness or pain so far. We'll see how it feels tonight and tomorrow.

This morning I did P90X 2 chest, shoulders & triceps,49 min, 211 cal.. I followed with Cathe's Hard strikes heavy bag tabatas, 13 min, Amy's Kettle bell dynamics workout 3, 29 min., Shiva's Power Yoga Flow mandala namaskar, 11 min. Total time was 1 hr 42 min, 483 cal..

I have a good soreness today from yesterday's workout and I'm happy to say no pain! :eek:

Today I did one of my Cardio Coach mixes - one of the toughest ones I've made. I haven't done it often but for some reason today, even though I had a headache when I woke up and just wanted to go back to bed, I decided to do it. I had an excellent puke status workout! I did the best milage ever with this one!

I feel great! It's beautiful outside and I wish I could ride my motorcycle to work! My helmet messes up my hair plus I'm too dressed up to ride. Oh well, maybe this evening.

Today I did Yoga Relax by Cathe. I really needed this, my muscles were all really tight again. Felt good.

This morning I did P90X2 Base and Back, 56 min, 305 calories. I then did X Train Cardio Leg Blast rnds 1-7, single leg deadlift and stretch, 32 min, 248 calories. Total time was 88 min and calories burned was 553.
 
Today was cardio and abs. I did Amy Bento Step Challenge 2, 73 minutes, 746 cal.. I followed with Step Challenge 3 abs with the tubing, 16 min, 92 calories. Total time was 89 minutes, 838 calories. I was sweating like crazy. This is a great workout. The humidity was high. Anyway, by the time I finished I did not feel like doing some yoga as planned.
