Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 2/25

Today was a rest day for the most part. I did the 100 rep tricep challenge for yesterday and a short yoga workout. Next weeks rotation is:

Monday Combat 60 Extreme Cardio fighter and X Train Burnsets premix chest and back 36:25 minutes. Approx. time 90minutes

Tuesday Combat Lower Body lean out,29:03 min., X Train Cardio Leg blast premix 09 timesaver rnds 7-12 + burn sets biceps 50:11 min. 100 rep challenge hip thrusts 6 min.. Core #1 Approx time 96 min..

Wednesday: X Train Low Impact Hiit Mix All out extreme cardio 52:44 min, Burn sets triceps, shoulders, and 100 rep challenge scare crows 34 min, Approx time 86 minutes

Thursday: Combat 30, X Train tabatacise premix tabatas 1-4 and core 2 50:44 min, 100 rep challenge biceps 7 min Approx time 89 minutes

Friday: Hard Strikes premix 16 no conditioning 34:40, Supercuts premix 09 second part 27:29, Legs standing 18:37 Delt bonus 13 min Approx time 94 min

Saturday Combat upper body blow out 25 min., Combat 30 Live 33 min, X Train 100 rep challenge triceps and 100 rep challenge laterals, Combat Core Attack 18 min, Approx 90 minutes

I did not add on yoga or stretching so that will be extra if time allows.
