I did well with this cardio workout, I find I am jogging or running more than walking during these workouts. Usually when the breaks come and you're supposed to do a steady state between challenges, I usually just walk. I've been trying to at least jog it out when the stead states come. I started this while doing Candace's Run Fit because she has 2 - 10 minute steady states in her workouts. I walk it out until my HR is under control and then I start jogging again. My problem is, I can't keep my HR at a level 2. I always end up in level 3.

This morning I did Combat Shock Plyo Hiit , 29 min, 260 calories. I then followed it with X Train Biceps and Triceps TImesaver rnds 4-9, 35 min and 100 reps bicep curls, 7 min, 266 calories. I then did Core Attack, 18 min, 101 calories and ended with Les Mills Pump Flow, 20 min. 79 calories. Total time spent was 1 hr 50 min and calories burned 716. I made the Quinoa Black Bean Salad with dried apricots from Tony Horton's Bring It for lunch :D

No workout for me today. I have to work until 9 tonight and I just couldn't fathom getting up at 4:30. I should have, but I didn't.

Maybe I'll try to get a run in tomorrow...
