Meal's today:

M1: 2 egg whites and grits, 1/4 grapefruit
M2: 1 med banana protein pancake 2 tbsp PP
M4: turkey burger w/english muffin onions, mustard
M5: BSN protein shake
M6: meat ?????? & romaine salad, red peppers, onion, tomato and 2 Tbsp of ff raspberry
