I finally made it here. Busy day. This morning was three straight sets of 8 with a 1:30 rest.

Pullups
8/8/8 (4/4/4 were unassisted, I am so psyched about this, this is the most I have ever done on my own, the rest I finished assisted)
Chest
Incline Barbell Press
8/8/8 - 90 **these were very hard**
Shoulders/Traps
WG Upright Roes
8/8/8 - 60#
Quads
Static Lunge
8/8/8 - 85# **these were fun for a change***
Biceps
Hammer Curls
8/7 - 28's
6 - 27's **I have no idea what happened here, I've done 27's before but this morning failed at 28's, then couldn't even do 27's***
Hamstrings
SLDL's
8/8/8 - 100#
Then did the hanging ab work again.
Lora - My heartrate monitor does not give me a calorie burn, the number I get is from the treadmill itself and I think it is way off, but it sure is fun pretending that just maybe it real!
DianeSue - I sure hope you feel better soon!
Sandy - Don't be ashamed you are doing great! It wasn't long ago that I was doing those weights.
Char - I am so with you, I can not get the scale to budge ;(. I would love to have your 120#. Actually I can't get that low, but right now I am higher than I've been in a long time. At least my clothes still fit.
