M5: Chocolate Pro Pudding w/ 1/2 banana & 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
M6: Buffalo burger patty; salad w/light Honey mustard dressing
M7: Protein pancake & 2 tbsp. power pb (I'm getting really sick of this, believe it or not!!!)

Got my p 90 x and chin up bar. It has to be screw mountesd. DH is gonna flip...

Hey Ladies...I'm back.

Did a chest workout at lunch...was gonna do triceps but ran out of time...lots of reps/sets in the routine I'm doin.

Deb - I understand...it's all good. I'm like you that I like to know what is coming ahead of time. I really, really like these. I'm surprised because I honestly didn't expect to. I liked Barry's Bootcamp because I could see the people and I was kinda used to that...but I'm lovin this. Nice sound...bass kickin...oh yeah!!

Hi Sandy - You haven't seen me round here?? How you been??

Anne - what's up girl...you still sore?

Dallys - Not previewing makes it hard doesn't it?? I hate when I don't know what the heck I'm doin, but sometimes don't have time to preview. Gotta do what we gotta do...right?

Linda - I got my arm slings at Dick's! They are Valeo's. I leave for work at 7:20 am every morning. I don't start working out until 3.....and that's how long it takes me to get ready. I sell oils on the side and I usually have some emails and such to answer first thing in the AM. I've been on this schedule for a long time, but when I wasn't working, I slept in until 3:30 most days.

Deb - yes, I saw it. Any way I can pay for them now? or do I have to wait?

Toasty - let us know what you think of P90X+. Can you do unassisted pullups and chinups?

Diane Sue - thanks for answering all of my questions. I hope I didn't stress you out with the 20 questions thing! I will have to check out the silk powder.....as I'm clueless. Did you use weights when doing the Pit? I wonder what you did? I will have to be careful.

I like the X+'s cuz they keep my HR up and give me a good calorie burn! I agree you can't go too heavy.....but I was going to try doing less reps and going heavier on a few moves a few times. I think they compliment the other systems well. As stated above, I will mix in some P90 Masters and I'll be doing the traditional P90X on the so called recovery weeks.

I just got a few DVDs in the mail that were on sale for real cheap at Fitness Organica. I'm excited cuz I got 2 yoga DVDs and a stretch DVD ...all around 30" and they look really good! I hope I have time to try one tomorrow, as I have an early morning doctor appt.

I can do unassisted pullups and chin ups, but I can only do so many. Some of the ladies here can do more then me. They are just tough. I just do my best. Yeah, I am not going to try to go TOO heavy if he has you doing tons of reps. Learned that lesson with Cathe. lol. Tomorrow is my last rest day and then friday I start. My pictures are already posted. I just have to take measurements. My arms are hurting me so much that I think I might take a ice pak to them before I go to bed. I love DOMS, but this is SICK! hehe

I now have a pull up bar installed..I can do 5 unassisted then i dropped. ( More than my DH >LOL)..
DH is worried about the door trim. He is padding the pull up bar..
He is a trip..

MIA today , alot going on. Permit trouble .. The county is a PITA**..
I have a letter into a commisioner which i am calling tomorrow..

Alot of BS . You would think i am building a Wal Mart!!!!

I still have not accomplished everything I set out to. Dinner was quinoa with peas and red peppers made into a salad. It was yummy. My intentions was the chicken with honey chile sauce in the P90X nitrition plan and quinoa. Didn't feel like cooking the chicken and making the chili sauce. I loved that last time. Just some things slowed me down. Dogs were happy to get home from the vet LOL

Charlotte, you look good in your pictures now. How much improvement do you need :p

Lora, I do not mind answering your questions. I do think this is a good change though on P90X+.
