So now we are talking about poop here? I thought we still had a few days to go for "butt" discussions. Oh, well. Moving right along AGAIN...
So got back shopping. Didn't find much..another pair of yoga pants (camo), bra's (FOH), Halloween Snoopy shirt and big loopy earrings. I swear I still hate the dressing room mirrors. Was not kind to me today...fluid retention? Anyhow, it was nice to get out of the house.

Yeah, you got the idea. Just go solo on the chest/back/tri's or use the slow and heavy series of those body parts, etc. That was how I did it. Glad you had fun with it today. I am thinking I am gonna be behind too in weights when I go back to Cathe...not on biceps though, but I know I have gone back down in weights for tri's, at least. I really miss that rotation. It causes you to have a messy room when working out because you are not suppose to stop and you keep moving from one thing to the other...very busy..very messy. lol. I remember tripping over the weights, etc. lol.
About the oils....if you wear any of the lust tal's, you will want your man nearby. Just a warning. These are the real deal.
