Finished my workout:) I started with Turbo Jam Fat blaster omitting the str, then did the cardio of TJ Punch Kick & Jam, I put in Cardio X and forwarded to the kickbox and did that plus the first time through the other cardio, then I did P90X Back & Biceps (think my arms were a little fatigued from wearing the weighted gloves for Kick Box) then I finished off with the yoga w/up of Cardio X and Stretch Max w/ the band.

twenty ones 15# 21 reps
one arm cross body curls 25# 12 reps
switch grip pull ups I did pull downs 160# on Bowflex
elbows out lawnmowers 35# 10 reps

one arm concentration curls 15# 12 reps(these seem harder the way Tony does them)
corn cob pull ups /10 reps using vkr tower assisted
reverse grip bent over rows 35# 2 reps 25# dumbbells 12 reps

towel pull ups assisted on vkr tower
congdon locomotives 20# dumbbells 40 reps

Suz, I did the same thing with ab ripper x and then read someone elses post about the abs being on the weight dvds.

Well, thank you all for the kick in the butt. It worked, literally.
I did BM2 cardio AND circuits, then went right into the B&G leg blast premix. I will admit to skipping the two Leg Press segments. Wasn't in the mood for them. (I think that is alright since I did the leg work in BM2:p ) I then did the B&G stretch. I really have no idea how I made it thru that, 1hr 40min. I was still trying to talk myself out of working out till I got to the circuits. My legs are SO beat.

Randi- I think we both fried our legs good! Hurry up and get those pics up!! Can't wait!! Call your brother or something!LOL!!!

Deb- how did you miss that about ANne?? LOL!! Too funny! So I think I may start with CC6 since you like it so much.

DS- I bow down to you woman! Really good WO. I know you said you didn't eat well last night. I was up 3 pounds. And I know that is just fat from the way I have been eating. So I trotted my fanny to the store today and picked up some much cleaner food for me. Just for me!

Char- WO done yet?? How is the neck holding up? Hopefully your FIL will find a home near you. Probably would make your DH happier having him nearby?

Anne- I agree, good for you for wo at work! I can't wait to hear about your surgery! ANd the pics! Glad your DD is better. Hopefully you can get some rest this week, or atleast some mental and emotional rest.

Hey Maniacs! I'm done working...finally. I'm debating on letting my neice, that is in Hair school, cut my hair. She's been in a year. Do I dare? Hurry some tell my if I'm nuts. She can do it today after 3:00. She'll be at the school, so I'm hoping she'll be supervised.
I want to support her, but I don't want to come back look ANY more NERDY than I already do.

Off to shower and wait for a response. Hopeing Anne is out there...ANNE! YOU THERE?

I also stuck with lat pulldowns instead of pullups.

Wide Front Pull Ups 80# and 13x's (down 2 reps from last time)
Lawnmowers 40# and 8x's (up 5# from last time)
Twenty Ones 25's and 16x's (same)
One Arm Cross Over 40# db's 6x's (went up 5# from last time)
Lat Pulldowns 70# and 22x's
Elbow Out Lawnmowers 35's and 8x's (up 5# from last time)
Standing Bicep Curls 30's and 8x's (same)
One Arm Concentration Curls 30's and 8x's (Same and I did off stability ball)

HELLO YOU CRAZY, CHATTY LADIES!!! :p I only have one second, but I AM IN LOVE WITH BOB!!! This is the first time that I have used it since I got it, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I did 45 minutes of punching and kicking with pushups and wall sits and wished that it could last forever... only I had to quit because my lats, bis and quads were about to give out. I love it! :7

I will be on in a few to catch up with all the chat :) Kids just walked through the door so I wanna find out about their day.

Excellent workout!!! I just love it when I work legs really good, don't you? I hope you feel it really good tomorrow. If you fall out of your bed when you try to stand up, you know you worked them! lol....now don't hurt yourself...falling down, that is.
