Finished my workout
I started with Turbo Jam Fat blaster omitting the str, then did the cardio of TJ Punch Kick & Jam, I put in Cardio X and forwarded to the kickbox and did that plus the first time through the other cardio, then I did P90X Back & Biceps (think my arms were a little fatigued from wearing the weighted gloves for Kick Box) then I finished off with the yoga w/up of Cardio X and Stretch Max w/ the band.

one arm cross body curls 25# 12 reps
switch grip pull ups I did pull downs 160# on Bowflex
elbows out lawnmowers 35# 10 reps
standing biceps curls 20# 13 reps
one arm concentration curls 15# 12 reps(these seem harder the way Tony does them)
corn cob pull ups /10 reps using vkr tower assisted
reverse grip bent over rows 35# 2 reps 25# dumbbells 12 reps
open arm curls 15# 16 reps
static arm curls 15# 16 reps
towel pull ups assisted on vkr tower
congdon locomotives 20# dumbbells 40 reps
crouching cohen curls 12# 16 reps
one arm corkscrew curls 25# 10 reps
chin ups I did pull ops on vkr tower 18 assisted
seated bent over back flys 15# 16 reps
curl up/ hammer downs 20# 12 reps
hammer curls 25# dumbbells 4 reps 20# 6 reps
Max rep pull ups did wide grip pulldowns 160# on Bowflex 20 reps

Suz, I did the same thing with ab ripper x and then read someone elses post about the abs being on the weight dvds.
