Lora, What an awesome workout!. 635 calories worth. I might hit 400 today, and that's something for me. Yoga, I would think is good for the sciatica. Hang in there girl. Where I'm at in fitness, cardio is really good to me, I lose the unwanted weight. (for me I still need to do a little more of that) and weight training, It seems so slow forthcoming.
Diane Sue, take care of your self and get rid of that awful cold. When I have a cold, I just don't want to do anything. I guess you just have to get in there and do it anyway. All the more power to you. OMG! I just read your workout, and was still able to edit. Your a SuperWoman! How can you do that with a cold?
Megadoo, OMG! You need sleep. Maybe tonight you can go to bed early, and catch up on it. I remember those kinds of days with my little ones. "Boy o boy!" Is right. Take care of yourself.

Today I'm doing Power Max. I love that DVD. Then later on, I'll do some yoga or stretching.
What kind of equipment is in your workout space? I want to get ready to train hard, but I don't think I could lift up over 45 pounds over my head. Things like that. I have a small room, so what do you all suggest? I'm taking out the Health Rider, the Total Gym (some parts are missing off it anyway). I have a tredmill, a climber, and a stationary bike. What else do I need?
