Anne - I absolutely LOVE the picture!!! I want snow so bad, we rarely get it here in the Carolinas, and when we do, OMG you would think it was a blizzard, we're just not set up for snow here!

Debbie - Guess what, NO butter at all, that even makes it better for me. I'm learning that it doesn't hurt too bad to do without some things, a little at a time, I'll get there!

Gonna do Low Intensity and Legs tonight since I didn't get legs in last night!

Char & Debbie - Thanks for the compliments. Although the picture is a little miss leading. What I cut out is the part that shows I am holding my DS's birthday cake which is making the bicep pop. Nicely, I might add!;)

Debbie - How do you get all those special fonts? Do you really type in all the codes?

Well dang....I never see many women's biceps pop out like that when they are trying to hold a birthday cake. You know you got it going on. It's all good. :p ;)

I might turn into "font" woman too like Deb. lol. I love the way she lays everything out with food and weights, etc. Lovely.

Hi Ladies:)
Did a short workout tonight very tired LIC upperbody only and DM upperbody only. My body is sore all over thoughx( Had to give my legs a break they are burning! Tomorrow is leg day haaaaaaaaaa!
 
Anne - HA! I'm such a dork, I thought that was a real picture of now! I've been this way all day. Whew!

Dally's - I did Legs and they are shaking! Feels good, no need for cardio tonight, I don't think I could make my legs work anymore. I did them first, since I missed them last night. Gonna get back on cardio tomorrow night, with Low Intensity/Shoulders, Calves & Core. YES! I'm feeling good since I'm trying to make this a habit of w/o's.

Getting ready to head for bed and thought I would finish off my meals for the day. Dinner was the January Oxygen Lean Mean Grilled salad and some grilled salmon. It was yummy.
Snacks were 1. baked apple with fat free plain yogurt mixed with 1/2 scoop bsn protein powder and some pecans
2. carrots with low fat veggie dip

Linda, you have some good bicep development going there:)

Dallys, looks like we both had salmon today. Did your mom share the cake? :p
