Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Wed Dec 13

I finished my workout as planned. I did Body Max2 to the end of the power circuits, then I put in Amy Bento's upper body nrg omitting the multi joint segment and core segment. It ended up being good that I went for my grandaughters singing and mall fun. Her Dad got called out at the last minute because he was supposed to help too. They had enough people so her and I ended up venturing off on our own for a little bit. We had lunch and she got some earrings, I got the clean eating issue of Oxygen at the bookstore, then we went to Sephora which opened recently. She tried on some blush and lip gloss. I wouldn't let her do eyeshadow. She is only 10. I bought some Bare Minerals blush and mermaid eye shadow. Then we had some sundaes at the frozen yogurt place. I came home and took care of the puppies, then went to the grocery store and school. Had a call and had to run home clean up and take the dogs so someone could look at the house. So I am just getting things done so I can go to bed and leave again at 9 am so someone else can look at the house.

Lora, Cardio and Weights upper body only is 18 minutes. Sorry it took me all day to get back to you on that. I will have to check out Tracey's site.

Finally finished my workout! I'll probably never post my weights again since it takes me so long (Char I cut and pasted the exercises from your post). I can't do upright rows. Shoulder problems. A later post. Might have to switch and be a 12-15er instead of an 8-10er. Boo hoo. I'm gonna post an arm shot on my picture trail that DH took while I was working out.

Alt Shoulder Presses 17.5's/10 reps both times

In and Out Bicep Curls 15's/16 reps both times

Two Arm Tricep Kickbacks 12.5's/12 reps then 15's 10 reps

Deep Swimmer's Presses 15's 10 reps then 15's/12 reps

Full Supination Concentration Curls 17.5's 9 reps and then 10 reps

Chair Dips 40/50 (bent leg - shoulders can't take straight leg :( )

Upright Rows (tried but couldn't even do w/5# - HELP ME with alternate exercise????? - I'm so bummed!)

Static Arm Curls 15's/16 reps

Flip Grip Twist Tricep Kickbacks 7.5's 10 reps then 8 reps

Two Angle Shoulder Flys 10's then 7.5's (shoulder pain)/16 reps both times

Crouching Cohen Curls 15's/10 reps then 15/8 reps

Lying down Tricep Ext 15's/11 reps then 15's 9 reps

BONUS ROUND:

In and Out Straight Arm Shoulder Flys 7.5's/16 reps both times

Congdon Curls 15's/11 reps then 15's/15 reps not sure where the second wind came from - probably the leftover shoulders!!!

Side Tri Rises 23L, 23R then 35L, 20R (don't ask me)

Diane Sue - it sounds like you had a really nice time with your grandaughter. And it sounds like she had a good time with you! It sure is crazy trying to sell your house and have puppies and all that! You're gonna be worn out when this is all over.

Hi Maniacs,

No time for personals, but will be home tomorrow as my cold is progressing and I just don't want to go to work tomorrow. DH has a day off so I will stay home with him. I rarely take a sick day so home is where I'll be. Have YogaX on tap for tomorrow. Will be able to post more then too.

Suz, you are doing great. Way to go on your weight loss. Didn't even weigh myself the last couple of days as it's been TTOM. Maybe that's why my biceps were bigger? Water retention, sheesh, I hate it!

Dallys, interesting about your Cathe workouts now. Hmmmm....
