I had a lunch meeting and they held it at what we here in Tennessee call - a "meat and three". That is where they serve souther food aka fried food - - so i really need to get that burned off!!!
Maeghan, I did not see a response to you about the recovery drink and protein bar. I went to Beach body, then products and then down to where it says ingreients on the recovery drink. I am pretty sure it has a lot more carbs than the protien bar. I drank a small protein shake most of the time because I worked out early. I would eat breakfast after I showered.
Edited to say I went back and looked Recovery drink is supposed to be 4 carbs to 1 protein formula. It is 2gm fat;39gm carbs; 10 gm protein and 36 sugar
The protein bar is 6 fat; 37 carbs; 18 pro; and 25 sugar 4 sugar alcohol
