Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Wed April 30

Just finished my workout. I did Cathe's Power Hour, and man did I get a burn going! It was a great workout. I chose this over just legs tonight due to I'm on my cycle and it's very heavy, so I didn't want to go to the gym and take a chance on being embarrassed. I'm very tired too, so I did my w/o at home. Got it in and it was good too.

Work is very very stressful these days. I'm glad that I have a job at this point. Anyway not gonna bore you guys with that, I'm gonna be okay, just read Linda's verse that she has with her signature...that's whats keeping me going these days!

Great workouts everyone! Thanks for all the inspiration to keep me on track ;-)

Yesterday I did CC Press Play on the treadmill and clocked about 5 1/2 miles. I REALLY pushed myself on the hills because thats what I hate most}( Also did the abs from 10 Minute Trainer. Today was Back and Shoulders from Slo-Mo, not quite as painful as last week but still a little shaky.

Char- That SUCKS about the power. Stuff like that can just throw your whole day off. Hope it got better and that the estate stuff gets resolved soon.

Teddygirl- I'm totally excited about One on One too! Carl talked about it at the Beachbody Coaches Summit in March and I have been waiting not so patiently ever since lol! Looks like its going to be killer!

Sorry, Lora. Strike Zone was actually the first Tracey that I ordered, then the other two I just recieved. I would get excited too! LOL. Yes, I do like Circuit Zone better now. Doing all upper or all lower increases the intensity some, so yes I like it that way. Between the lower Monday from Ripped and chiseled and what I did with Tracey's my legs were sore. Mainly my hamstrings.
