Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Wed 9-13

Hey Maniacs!
I'm glad I'm back. Had a great workout today (sorry, I had to W/O) and did chest, back, abs, and 30 mins of Kickboxing. Here's the brakedown:

BACK:
Lat Pulldown- 4 sets 8 reps 95# (one set was 90#)
Seated Row Machine- 3 sets 8 reps 67.5#
Single Arm DB Row- 2 sets each side 15 reps 25#
Shoulder Shrugs- 1 set of 20 w/ 20# DB in each hand
Pull-overs W/ DB- 3 sets 8 reps 25# (2 sets were 30#)

CHEST:
Cable Chest Squeeze (I'll definatley take a pic of me doing these cuz I don't think I explained them well before and I don't know what they are really called) Did 4 sets 8 reps 30# (Usually do a set w/ 35# but my left shoulder is killing me. This exercise kicks in the delts a bit. I'm getting it checked in a few weeks)
BB Bench Press on Smith Machine- 3 sets 12 reps 85# (usually do 90# but wasn't up for that today)
DB Chest Flies- 3 sets 2 reps 20# each

ABS:
Ab Crunch Machine- 3 sets 15 reps 90#
Abdominal Machine- 3 sets 15 reps 77.5#
Abdominal Machine for Obliques/ Crivis- 1 set each side 20 reps 67.5#
Ab Board inverted sit-ups- 100 reps 1 set
Ab Board twists w/ ball- 1 set of 50 w/ 12# med ball
