I finished up my workout. After the run I went back and did Gym Style Chest & Triceps Super Sets premix (no w/up or str) then I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps timesaver(no w/up) I finished with Butts and Guts abs adding some extra resistance on crunches and using heavier weight, Amy Bentos Abs & Stretch Stretch #1. Tomorrow I intend to get some yoga in.

Lora, when I do abs on the Bosu I usually use Bosu Blast abs. Sometimes I will add the balancing work from Sweatfest sculpt(that kind of hits everything a little though) I really do like the smell of sugar buzz. I used it last night so I could smell it when I went to bed

Yeah I had a hard time getting up and moving but once I got going I was good.
