Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Tues Sept 25

Morning Maniacs -

Didn't feel like working out this morning, so what did I do?....2 of the things I hate the most! I did 30" of Spin & Sculpt - Strength Hill Climbing Spinning and 30" of Spin & Burn - Endurance work spinning. Workout was 60" and I burned 400 calories. I then did Yoga Fit Yoga for Cyclists 30".

I'm going for a 2nd interview at Penney's for Seasonal Help. I'm not really thrilled about it. I'd rather get full time work somewhere, but I guess I'll do whatever I have to. There were so many ladies filling out applications at that job I went to apply at yesterday that they had to bring chairs out of the back!

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Shoulders and Legs today. I don't like typing much with these nails..gonna have them cut down to active length.
 
This morning I had to do cardio. I chose Cardio Coach #5. This is a killer workout, the first challenge is 3 - 4 minute hill climbs. I hate hill climbs! LOL! Then the last two challenges are sprints which I LOVE! Had a great sweaty workout. I'll do abs tonight.

Last night did B&G overall leg prmix I almost didnt make the floorwork she does the 2nd time around!! Tonight is Imax 3!

Deb - I always have been a glutton for something or other!! LOL! Guess I'm feeling a bit "off" lately.

Speaking of Cardio Coach. I meant to mention. Volume 7 is in the works. I read about it on VF and there's supposed to be a sneak peak up at CC.

Toasty - BPAL update tomorrow and Villainess' was this morning. I have to go order some Unicorn Poo.
 
This morning I did Kelly's Step Box stopping at the abs, then I did the cardio and stretch of Cardio Fusion All Step premix. I am going to go do Push Pull upper body 3 sets in a few minutes. I hear thunder and it is supposed to start raining so I need to run outside and do a couple of things before I do weights.

Debbie, I really like cardio coach 5. I may do that one tomorrow.

Charlotte, I was never patient wait and go get the nails trimmed down. I just cut and filed them down myself.

Toasty - don't even try to order the good stuff at Villainess....as it's already sold out. Both of the things I wanted are, at least.

I skipped week 4 and started week 5 with some new exercises because I get bored easily.:p[/font]

Body weight warm up

Superset 3 sets each
**Barbell squat 8x82
**Chin-ups 10/8/7 (light band assist)

Superset 3 sets each
**DB reverse lunge 8x30's
**DB low-incline press 8x25's

**HIIT 18 min.(added 2 min.)
**Great abs guaranteed (beachbody)

Workout was under 1 hr.:)

Good morning!

This morning I rode in the basement. I only had 45 minutes (long story). It was 29 degrees outside. Brrr... It's too dark to ride outside really anyway. I kept my HR up and got a good ride in.

My mom is having her 2nd knee replacement this afternoon. I'm going to take the afternoon off and go sit with her DH at the hospital. I'm actually going to work while I'm there. I called and talked to their IT dept. and they have wireless access so I'll run home after I have lunch with my mom's DH and pick up my laptop since I have a bunch of research I'm doing for work. Then I don't have to take vacation time either (well, maybe an hour or so to drive home and get my computer). :7 I'm a hoarder and I have a bunch of sick time and vacation time on the books. I'm always afraid I might need it for something so I try to save it up.
