Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Extreme - about the first 35-40 minutes and then I did the Heavy Bag Challenge at the end, cooldown and stretch (50"). I burned a total of 360 calories. This was a little easier to follow doing it this way and not doing a premix. I had more fun with this one today. I had a good workout also.

I must have been exhausted last night. I fell asleep watching GH and then this morning, my alarm went off for a solid 1/2 hour before I even heard it! Needless to say, I was a bit late starting my workout.

Charlotte- I can't stay off E-bay. I bid on 2 more bottles of oil and bought some stuff from the Forum. I'm not gonna have any money left for the update and it should be real soon......UGH...PMS + BPAL = my bad!!

Megadoo - I also have trouble with deadlifts bothering my back and I believe Diane Sue does also. I did them once when I was doing Slow & Heavy pretty heavy and I had back problems for quite a while. Now, I purposely go very light on my deadlifts, as I don't want to aggravate my back. I just try to concentrate on the squeeze of the glutes and go a bit further down -- while maintaining proper form - so I can really feel the stretch in my hamstrings at the bottom of the movement. Sorry you're having trouble. I can't get my darned sciatica to stop flaring either.....it sucks.

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Yesterday I did not work out. Smelling too many of my oils...mail was late and then I started to feel bad with Aunt Flo along. Bad DOMS in my bicep muscles as well as I work them in negative fashion now. Back to 116 and feel better at this weight. I want to be 115 now. It's all good...the long sleeve shirts are still tight around my arms. I can have it all...muscles and a lean body!!!! Yeah! He he

Today I will work the shoulders and do Butts and Guts. Yee ha! Got some DOMS in my calve muscles too.

I want to like Blood Lust, I do, but it is not working for me. I had that one on last night. I hope you win, that is all I can say. Those bottles are going up like crazy. You will broke like you said. lol. I am getting Haloa today and putting up the few samples I don't like. Oh, and Black Rose is out of this world gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucy's Kiss is extremely nice. Love that one too!!!

Today is cardio abs and stretching. I have lots of errands to do so need to get done early.

Charlotte, maybe you need to find a scent that gets you moving. LOL It sounds like you are doing well. I bet you lean out and see that definition in your upper body even more.

Meaghan, I hear you on the dedlifts. I have to really be careful when doing them. Otherwise it may be hard to stand up after sitting or leaning over. Not good. When you do them do you try to go lighter. I have done that and worked on my form and it has helped. I would wait till you have no pain at all first. Read up on form pointers maybe that will help. I have found keeping my knees slightly bent and kind of leaning back into it and concentrating on the hamstrings has helped.

Mornin ladies ....
I did Cardio fusion and it kicked my butt. It was a good w/o though will do it again...I was sweating buckets on it. I forgot to bring a towel down and had to go up and get one....
Weights are tonite . Not sure which or what, but somethin....

Meagan be careful.Try some ab leg and arm raises on the ball it may help the back...Put it back in if you threw it out.

Charlotte -I thought you'd like Black Rose. I even like it and I hate rose! I bought a bottle of The Cracked Bell off of the Forum this morning. It was a Yule Limited last year that I loved. There was a joke that The Cracked Bell = BPAL Crack!! I always get so many compliments on it when I wear it. I'm debating buying another bottle of Red Lantern from the Forum also. Sometimes I wear it and LOVE it and other times, It's just so/so. I'm still looking for a bottle of Hellion if you ever see one on Ebay - please let me know. Love Hellion! The bottle of Trick 1 is up to $51 on E-bay. I want it....but I can't pay that much...espeically since I have bid on 2 other bottles.

Hi Megadoo - I usually get 1/2-1 hour sleep more on the weekends....I mostly am sleep deprived....but if I don't ....i can never sleep.

Does anyone know where your shouders would get sore from doing those ab rollouts with gliding discs? Also, where would they get sore from planks. I've never done those 2 exercises without actually doing other upper body work and today my shoulders are VERY sore in my rear delts and medial delts, as well as into my rhomboids.
 
Thanks for the advice on my back. It feels alright now, but that can change as the day progresses. I sat with a heating pad on it last night. I will wait awhile before doing it again LOL!

Lora- I would say you are wicked tired! Do you sleep in at all on the weekends? If you did, can you just do your WO later in the morning, just do you catch up on sleep?

Char- glad to see you happier about your body! Now I really want Black Rose! I guess I should wait till I actually get the first order! LOL!

DS- hope you get everything accomplished today. Have a good WO. Oh, and I really like the Hidden Valley light Ranch! Great salad last night!

Anne- I agree, I think for a little while, I am going to use my ball to do supermans and such to strengthen or whatever my back. Just do what doesn't hurt and feels right. Have a good WO tonight!

Not sure what I will do today. Figure it out later, see how I feel.

DD has the Red Lantern one and she likes it. Got it for her. I haven't seen Hellion up yet and I look everyday.

When I do planks especially with a weight on my back, my rear delts get sore.

This morning I did a steady state on my treadmill for about an hour. threw on my MP3 player and just jammed to some excellent tunes. Workout was 1 hr. 4 min, was in my zone for 54 minutes and burned 334 calories. I power walked 2.66 miles.

I hear ya! I think they sell some of these too..the get moving ones!! LOL! Sometimes it is the getting going and other times I can't stop the going. LOL!

Charlotte - maybe doing those plank up to pikes with the gliding discs under my feet did it then (or maybe a combo of both). Do you do those barbell rollouts? If so where do you get sore. Anyway, as long as I don't get any bad pain in the next couple days, I guess that's a good way to work my weak rear delts since I can't go heavy with rear delt raises with dumbbells cuz of my injury.

When I do barbell rollouts I feel it in front of shoulders more. Yeah, you can really work the rear delts this way and also when I do flyes, it works them some too. It is good to find different ways to do things, huh?

Well, i started out on an 8" step and after bodymax i lowered it to 6.
The bodymax was not broken down and i was kinda lost. It is chaptered through the segments so i went back and had to start over again. I will get it though.I was soaked. Legs were dying. Prob sore from the day before double duty...

It is ugly , cold and rainy here. Bummerrrrrr.
But, i am here all day so i really don't care what the weather does.
Sundays , i like nice weather...

Morning Maniacs! It's rainy, cold and gloomy here today.

Today is Back and Biceps and abs. No cardio. I really went all out on plyo X yesterday, since it was the last time in the rotation. I tweaked my right knee a little. I was jumpin' and springin' like a kangaroo and my body doesn't really like that. LOL! I hope it goes away.
My dog is in heat, figured that out this morning. LOL! I bought little levi diaper pants and little pads for her (I usually put DH boxer briefs on her) The look on DH face was priceless when I asked him to stick the little pad on the diaper pants for me. ROFLMAO! It was panic and shock and disgust and fear all in one.

Good workout this morning. You are really getting tons of oils! I've held steady and have refrained from buying. But, I want some! I just need some time to study what I want. The site still confuses me.

Char-
Isn't funny how we can be more comfortable at a certain weight? Like really, how can a few lbs. make that much difference? But, it's so huge! I am most comforable a few lbs. lighter. People say it's to thin, but that's where I like to be. I'm almost there. Just a couple more to go. As long as you can see muscle and not bones, it's all good.:)

In the Slim Series, she uses 5lb DB. for deadlifts and does quite a few of them. Doing it that way makes me more sore than going heavy. It's strange. I have a iffy lowerback (slight scoliois) and sometimes DL bother it, but not very often. The supermans really do help.

Today i did the 6 drills of Drill max, leg sculpting drill on Kick Max and the cardio bonus on Low Impact circuit. Have a good day everyone off to work:(

Anne - did you do a premix? Is that why the steps aren't broken down or is that the way the actual workout is?

Dallys - I just have tons of fun songs on my MP3 player. Stone Sour, Scorpions, Guns & Roses, Cyndi Lauper. Just lots of cool stuff. I'm so weird because I can't wait to hear what the next song will be! Makes the time fly.
 
No i did the actual one. Not premixes. I was going to do the step only premix, but changed my mind . It was only like 48 min.It was only the BM2 that was not broken down. It was like on the premix of body max. It won't be a problem after i do it a few times. I just don't know well enough yet.
I was fumblng over the step. I am glad i no one was watching me....
I still got a good w/o.

I am done with Butts and Guts leg work. I only have to do ab work, but need to take a break to eat lunch. I went with 12's for legs..worked better. I used the purple band for firewalkers...tied too tight..mini steps...next time alittle looser. I am feeling it.

Anne - so she doesn't do a breakdown of the steps in BM2? She just does them? I need to preview it. I want to do the cardio premix soon.

Charlotte - Great going with B&G! My purple band is about ready to break. I need to get new ones.
