This morning I worked Chest and Tri's in superset fashion. The only thing I like about supersets is how quickly the workout goes by. Had a great workout and really did well with these supersets. Even went quite high with the weights:

Dumbbell Press:
35's - 15/15/15 (up 5#)
superset w/
Tricep Pushups:
12/12/12
[font color=blue]***LOVE love love tricep pushups. This SS is a real burner.[/font]

[font color=green]SS #2[/font]
Barbell Incline Press:
75# - 12/12/12 (up 5#)
superset w/
Overhead Dumbbell Extension:
32's - 12/12/12 (up 2#)
[font color=blue]***BB Incline press is my favorite chest exercise for some reason. I really like doing those. Not too crazy for overhead extensions.[/font]

[font color=green]SS #3[/font]
Decline DB Press:
35's - 12/12/12 (up 3#)
superset w/
Lying Dumbbell Extensions:
17's - 15/15/12 (up 2#)

Pushups:
The first two segments from Cathe's LHS. Excellent burn with these and I love partial reps.

Band Pulldowns & Kickbacks:
From Cathe's Bootcamp workout. Great burn with this as well.

Morning Maniacs -

I did Amy's Step Challenge 2. I attempted all combos ...1-5. More like I learned a step here and there and did my own version......frustrating. I may never learn this.......patience and tolerance are running low today! I wish I was better at picking her coreography up. Maybe I'll have to break down and actually do the tutorial, as I could see it being fun after you learn it (if possible). Workout was 70" and I burned 619 calories....was beet red in the face and soaked! My knee and ankle are hurting. I wish my bike would get fixed so I could spin and do some lower impact...as I've been doing too much impact lately.

I also did Slim & Sculpt Pilates for Legs & Abs with the band 20" and Body Wisdom's Yoga for Neck & Tight Shoulders 38".

Gotta run........have to go get my PPD for my new job and other errands to run and then going over Mom to make BPAL samples and packs. I don't work at Walgreen's 'till Friday this week. The DH isn't happy with the new job I got. He's been such a bear lately.....can't take it anymore.

ETA: Diane Sue - I ended up buying Naughty & Nice at Aromaleigh last nite, as well as a couple Hue's to wear as blush with them cuz the blush looked more like highlighter. I splurged cuz of my new job....so let's hope I can do the job and keep it!! I ended up getting a free lipstick with my order. I ordered Laurel. I love that shade and Victoriana, although lately I've been wearing my Pure Hue's dipped in lip balms for lipsticks since most of my lipstick has gone bad cuz I haven't worked for so long. Do you wear nail polish? Have you ever bought Zoya? I love their Fall collection and I think I might have to pick up some new colours from the Winter & Holiday collections today.
 
Good Morning, I started my workout this morning with Kelly Coffey's Cardio Step Kickbox no str then I did the cardio legs mix off of her new cardio sculpt workout. I took my granddaughters to school and am going to do Amy's Slo Mo legs in a little bit. Have errands to run and lots to get done before Saturday hits and we have dh work Thanksgiving dinner here at our house.

Lora, I tried the tutorial on Amy's Step Challenge 2. It really didn't help me much. She does the moves that are supposed to be difficult, but then when you do the workout they are combined with other moves and I am just as confused. I read on her forums that someone did the entire thing with there dvd speed slowed down and got the moves down that way.

Debbie, great workout. I like those partial push ups of Cathes. They get in there really well:)

Dallys, I had my baked apple this morning with the Lean Dessert cinnamon roll protein/fat free sour cream mix and it was yummy:D

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

Gonna do Yoga/shoulders and ab work today after I clean. My legs were brutally sore last night from the bike ride plus weights I did day before and horse ride. I should have taken something cuz had a hard time sleeping from the ache. So need some stretching.

Thanks for the BPAL update. You know, I really don't like my Dark Del from last year as much anymore. It smells good in bottle, but on me..last time I wore..was like..eeehhh, not that good. Wonder what next kind will be like. I need to get a job. Will be looking tomorrow mostly all day. Not gonna be able to get unemployment..didn't make enough for the quarterly period. Sucks

Not sure how this happened with the low carbs today but I'll take it. Yesterday was really high. Calories are a bit high today as well but I'm so happy with my macros that I don't really give a rats ass. LOL!!!

Just doing a quick check in. I ran errands and have to go back out to pick up grandchildren. I did Amy's Slo Mo legs but was short on time and am really tired so I did the premix 2 sets. My legs still feel it. I did up the weight on a couple of the exercises this time.

Debbie, you should be able to post on the forums without someone dropping creepy posts at you. I am so sorry they are doing this. You do so well with you macros.

Charlotte, I got the oils today:) Thank you so much. I put on Queen of the Nile before I went out. I really like it a lot.

Hey Maniacs! Just finished up the Low impact step circuit premix. That was a fun one.:) 68 min.

Eats so far today:

Oatmeal/BSN banana cream PP/nf milk/berries
1/2 baked potato/cottage cheese/1 egg
Baked Apple/BSN cinnamon roll PP/almonds/lf sour cream

Need to really watch the eats as the holidays are coming and I'm not going to be a fat magnet! Nosireebob! LOL!

Dallys - Power PB is Power Peanut Butter. I buy "Naturally More" from Giant Eagle (grocery store). It's awesome pb with less calories and fat then regular pb. It also has flaxseed in it. How do you like the BSN? That stuff is good, isn't it? I haven't had a flavor that I don't like yet. The only one I haven't tried is the Whipped Vanilla.

Hmmm, I'll have to check if my health food store carries that pb. I'm loving the BSN, excellent for mixing in and spicing up the flavors of things.:9 I've liked them all so far and still have tons more flavors to try.
