Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Tues July 29

Hey guys!! Finally got something going here lol. Just finished Drill Max cardio blast, then did Slim and Six Pack abs. I am drenched. Planning on ME tomorrow when I get home from work. This isn't so bad working out after work. My eating has been wonderful the last two days also. Proud of myself lol!
I need dinner and my protien shake now.

I've been missing in action for a little while, but I have been checking whenever I can. Everyone is still working hard! I come back and find that the forum has changed. I wonder what else, I'll have to catch up this weekend when I have some time.

Charlotte - Thinking about you girl! You and your hubby are in my thoughts!

Meg - How do you like your day job? What time do you get to start your w/o? Just wondering because I've tried both, working out before work and working out in the afternoons, and I believe afternoons have won for now.

My name is Gina (although I have never mentioned that in two years).. sorry I was just kind of barging in like Ive been here before, I read somewheres on the OD that some heavy liftin' ladies hung in here, so I wanted to check it out :)
I don't write much because I don't always have a lot of time to spend on the forums, I don't know anyone and I have (regretfully) never attended a RT (I was excited about this years, but didn't quite have the notcie to come up with the funds.. oh well, maybe someday).
So I have the same screen name as before, but no avatar, no regular posts and no attendance at any of the RT means no one really knows who I am :)
 
Hey...my late night workout was the first half of Tracey's Step Sweatfest, two risers, then the abs from Sculpt Sweatfest. this is only nine minutes, but I think it's pretty tough. Those planks get me.
