Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did P90X+ Interval Plus. Had a very hard time getting my HR up. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I don't know if the intervals aren't long enough or what. Not sure how much longer I'm going to stick with this P90X+ rotation. Workout was 45 minutes and I burned 392 calories.
It's snowing really hard here........so I best get moving cuz I'm gonna half to leave early for work.

Lisa - no - I haven't been locking my elbows out during the shoulder presses. My shoulders have been terrible the last couple of days...but it could be from all these assisted pullups and pushups with P90X+ also. I get so frustrated over this! (as you know )
