Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Tues 6-26

I ended up doing The Firm Cardio Party x 2 ...total of 70" and burned 470 calories. I also did Classical Stretch Intense Athletic Stretch (30") followed by Kundalini Yoga with Ravi & Ana - Dance the Chakra's Yoga set only (30").

I'm going to eat breakfast and then I have errand running to do. I'm going to try to take my uniforms back.

I'm bummed cuz I'm off my prednisone/antibiotic for a couple days and already losing my sense of smell and my sinuses/asthma are getting worse already. Had to use my albuterol this morning during aerobics.

Suz - I thought everyone was allowed to use their albuterol during exercise. I use it whenever I get that prewheeze going on. I remember when I first starting using it, I used to get a bit shaky from it, but never severe elevated heart rate. That's strange.
 
Well, my middle finger with the broken blood vessel is still swollen and purple but didn't hurt so I worked out with weights today as planned. I have had some incredible energy lately. I'm wondering where it's coming from? Increase in protein?

Week 3 of Angulars, 1 minute rest between everything.

Chest
Low Incline Flyes: 32's - 3 sets/12 reps (same)
Decline Flyes: 32's - 3 sets/15 reps (up 2#)
Pushups: 3 sets/20 reps (last week did 20/20/18)

Legs
Leg Extensions: 60# - 4 sets/20 reps (up 5#)
Hamstring Curls: 45# - 20/20/20/18 (last week was 20/20/19/16)

Shoulders
Lateral Raise: 20's - 3 sets/12 reps (up 3#)
Barbell Front Raise: 25# 2 sets/15 reps (same)
Bent Over Lateral Raise: 15's - 2 sets/20 reps (last week was 20/16)

Triceps
Kickbacks: 12's - 3 sets/12 reps (same)
DB Overhead Extensions: 30# - 3 sets/15 reps (up 2#)

Was going to do cavles but didn't have time.

Good Morning, today I am going to try Criss Cross Cardio and do some abs and yoga/stretching. Then run some errands and make some calls. Only one grandchild here today so I want to try to come up with something fun for us to do today:)

Morning Maniacs! This week is not going to go on schedule with my workouts. My DD has been here and has been sleeping in my workout room and then we do something together after I'm done working. I just may take this week as a "recovery type week". I'll try to do what I can. Family comes first sometimes, and she's without her hubby, so it's a good to get in extra time with her:) I'll continue with the circuits next week. Maybe we'll do another 8 mile walk. NOT!

Debbie- yeah, where is all that energy coming from? I need some!

Hello everyone:) :)


Yesterday, I did Strike Zone I really love this workout. Then I walked an hour 20 min, felted pretty good.

This morning I did LIC, I tell you, this workout got me realll gooddd. I was sweating like a pig by time I finished, clothes was drenched. This is no sissy workoutx( x(

I told the Xers that I was going to do legs & glutes or B&G tonight, not sure my legs are getting stiff, so I shall see. But, needing to do something tonight. Have a great day guys, I’ll check back later.

I finished my workout. I did Criss Cross cardio then did Kick Punch and Crunch Premix no w/up or str (one that stops at the combo moves) then I did the abs from KPC, went on and did abs/core from Absoluetly Kick Box, finished with Yoga Shatki lunge, Supine poses and inversions.

Dallys, enjoy your time with your dd. You are right about that time being important. You will make it up later:)

Good morning!

Well, nobody wanted to ride this morning (now with one pregnant, that's not helping!) so I decided to lift upper body. That was good though b/c it was really windy and I needed to lift anyway and probably needed to take a break after yesterday's ride. So I did biceps, triceps, pecs and back. Oh, and abs. I was watching this little video from the New York City Ballet Workout and then these interviews from the other one (I have I and II but I don't remember what is on which one). Those people are so disciplined. I love their lean, muscular bodies. Anyway, I used free weights - my Bowflex ones - and my smith machine. I had a great workout.

Lora - Yeah, I'm not sure what he was talking about.

Diane Sue - Thanks for your camping trip food suggestions. Perfect!

Back to work for me. Tuesdays always seem to go so slow. Why is that?
