Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did WSFL cardio. I did 5 work periods of Intervals 60 on and 120 recovery (but I shortened the recovery). I used the Rebounder for the intervals and jogged around the house, down the cellar and up into the upstairs for the other part. For the 20 min segment, I did Amy's In the Ring (errr....she frustrates me with her complex coreography). Total cardio was 60" with cooldown/stretch and I burned 519 calories.
Dallys - no - it's not really hard doing HIIT after weights......cuz you actually do them right after you finish your 2nd 10" metabolic weight circuit and that is so killer that, at that point, you're just happy to be done with the metabolic circuits!! LOL! Cardio Coaches are actually harder for me than any other intervals....cuz he does longer intervals at 2-3-4 minutes, etc. The shorter ones are much easier for me. How are the RCR cardio segments?
Linda- what is your apex? I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing those ball crunches correctly. They don't make me want to puke.....so I'm wondering. I am bending my back way over the ball on the downward part. Do you have Turbulunce Training? By the way, my HR gets up to around 140ish doing the step ups and swings for 10 minutes. That's not super high....but good for having your feet planted on the ground!
I have my phone interview this morning for that job. I'm still happy at my current job except for the "no insurance" part. Not sure if I'll ever get used to the hours....but the environment makes me overlook the long hours. I really don't want another job and I'm really torn over what I would do if I would get offered another job with benefits. I really would only need them if something happened to my DH's job.
