I went ahead and posted pictures. I am trying to get down the yoga positions so don't laugh. In the wheel, that is as far as I go for now as I know most go up higher.

WOW o WOW, that is ALOT for leg extensions. You go on with your bad self! Everything else is so impressive as usual too. Nicely done. You inspire me so much as do others here.

Butts and Guts is gonna kick your butt, if you don't kick it first. Tough workout, but if you want a finey hiney then you got to do it. Legs of steel...go on, get yourself some. Do it!!!!

You kicked butt to with your workout. That is alot to do in one day and your still gonna do yoga, right?

I never had so much aching in my biceps before. I know what you mean. I could see my vein pop out more in the right bicep, more then I have before. Cool. These workouts are working. The Yoga did not bother my arms...amazingly so.

Measuring from Omron Body Fat Monitor. Always take in the morning after I get out of bed, pee, etc. (sorry for being so explicit, but don't take measurement with full bladder) I just go by it this way all the time so I feel I can get more accuracy this way. Oh, btw, Dreya is a beast. I cannot keep up with her. She is wild..wild. Sometimes cocky too, I must say. The sit up woman does not look very fit to me, but she is not having a problem doing the workout, is she??? lol. Pam the Blam I like. She keeps it more real for me and I like that german girl too that was doing all the pushups and pullups. That lady in Chest/Shoulders looks ghastly, but she did better then me in alot of those moves.
