So I wonder where I will feel the pain when I start tomorrow? Woohoo. My arms still killing me. Just lugging the vacuum cleaner around is tough today.

I plan on seeing how many I can do of the pullups, not in my head, but see what I got in the next dimension (LOL), and go from there. If you can't do all the pullups, just do assisted which helps you gain more strength too so you can do them without assistant. JMO. Have fun. I am still cleaning and eating chinese food AGAIN.

MY EATS:

Meal 1: Kelloggs Protein Plus Cereal w/1 egg and slice of whole grain cinnamon bread(need to grocery shop so I can have 2 eggs..tomorrow)
Meal 2: Protein Shake
Meal 3: Quart of Chicken Chow Mein (sodium is high, yes, I know), apple
Meal 4: Protein Shake with 4 whole strawberries and 1 tbsp of flaxseed powder
Meal 5: Meat and green veggie
 
Dallys - The STS workouts sound like they will be awesome. It sounds like the exact type of rotation I'm doing right now. 37 DVD! HOLY CRAP! I wonder how much this series is going to cost? Cathe is getting into some major productions now. This is very exciting.

M5: Chipolte Tilapia; salad w/Light honey mustard dressing
M6: Protein pancake w/ 2 tbsp power pb

I knew my carbs would be up there but I really want to eat Talapia tonight. Love that stuff!!!
 
Debbie- I've tried only one Icycle (I think it's #9, 45 min.) and really liked it. I thought it was just as good as the CC's. The one I have does a pyramid type interval. Gradually increasing speed and incline to a peak and then gradually decreasing. I remember it wasn't easy and had great music! I can't wait to get the CC's back out. I'll get them out after this P90x+ rotation.:)

Well my dad just called me. He is scheduled for open heart surgery tomorrow at 6 a.m. I am so scare and sad right now. I can't be with him and that really bothers me. I'm going to head to Youngstown on Saturday, I just pray to God everything goes ok so I can see him.

Please keep him in your prayers everyone!

Debbie - Consider it done. Your dad will definitely be in my prayers and I'll make sure DH adds him to his as well. I am sorry that he has to have surgery. My Dad had a heart attack a few years ago, so I know how scared your feeling. May the peace and the strength of the Lord be with both of you.

Hey again! I finished Kenpo Cardio +. I liked it. I like that he goes right into the moves with zero instruction and build up.:+ That's one reason why I don't like most kickboxing workouts much, the boooooring instruction and build up of moves... Get to it already, I say! So this one was perfect for me. Wish it was a titch longer though.

Eats for today:

B-Protein shake
S-banana/cup skim milk
L-1/2 turkey sandwich on multi grain/spinach/tomato/grapes
S-Orange/Laughing Cow lf cheese wedge on melba toast
D-Chicken/steamed veggies/cottage cheese

Not getting my water in....need to work on that.

Hello out there!

Okay, I eat my words about P90X+! I just finished Upper Body/Abs. What a weakling I am. My hubby had to assist me with all of the pull ups/chin ups. I did a whopping total of 2 TWO! Of each though. Man, if I don't feel this tomorrow...

I loved the ab w/o! My arms and abs are a little sore now, or tired I guess I should say. It's hard to type right now, because my arms are wanting to shake!

Charlotte get ready, cause you're in for a strong workout girl! I loved it. Hubby liked some of the moves too!

A rare check in from me. Did P90x+ Kempo + Ab Ripper x+ for first time. Later must have a "cardio hot tub" session :) I must now get that pull up station. Kenpo not that hard, Ab Ripper - yikes. I had to sub for the pull up bar exercises.

Really making strides with personal trainer, whose program is very STS program so will pass on that. Can't believe how he pushes me to stuff I never thought. Bicep curls with 15 lbs - unthinkable in 07 - now doing sets of 10 reps. Bring the 20s! Push ups with jumps in between (using hands to 'leap" myself up off the ground). And I am lean. And my running is better (doing less). Who knew? Oh right, you all did.

Debbie, your Dad is in our family prayers. I am sure he will be fine.

Char, have you ever thought about getting certified to be a personal trainer going to people's homes, to schools, etc. You would be beyond awesome.

Everyone else, amazing amazing as usual.
