Storm - what is this jello recipe? It sounds yummy. Will you share?

Dallys - that was some workout! Wow!!! Have you been doing this much extra the whole time with P90X?

Char - I had my first turkey burger today. Yummy!!! I didn't really know what to expect. I had some veggies on the side (squash, green beans, peppers, onions mix) and ended up putting them on top. I didn't have any tomatoes or I would have put lettuce and tomato. I could have just eaten it with nothing, although it was a little dry. Thanks for the idea. And your bi's look amazing in your avatar, btw. I don't know what you're talking about!

Yes, it is just Large pack of sugar free Jello, 1/2 container fat free cool whip and 1 bar fat free cream cheese. Beat it all together , put it in a pan and throw in some frozen strawbwrries. I put it in a bundt.
It is a really good . It is like eating something fattening that you can chow on when you need sugar...taste.

Dallys you are really getting into p90x huh.

I throw a slice of low fat velveeta on the turk burgers and sometimes smother them with hot peppers, mush onions and lots of garlic.
Try mixing diced garlic and onion soup mix in them(1/2 pack per lb) . I make them up and freeze them and throw them in a pan whenever i don't really feel like cooking. Makes great Mt. Balls too. '
I use turkey more than HB, even for chili and meatlaof...
Taco salad,anything. It grows on ya. DH likes it too.
He makes cabbage rolls w/it.

I almost went back to Dicks today, but had to get groc.
Bought like 12 bags of the birds eye steamers. I had like alot of coupons.

Great workouts today, everyone! Wow!! Kicking some major bootay!!

Movie was so/so. Kind of boring but ok. I love Kirsten Dunst, she's so cute. Had fun with my mom, went shopping afterwards and then went to Donatos for dinner. Had a veggie sandwich, it was heavenly!

I have been doing alot of extra cardio in phase 3. I've been doing 4 extras a week. They actually describe phase 3 with doubles, "Hell Week" but with 4 weeks of Hell.}( I usually don't do it along with my weight lifting, but I did today. I usually split my workouts to morning cardio and late afternoon weights. I sometimes only walk for cardio. I like to do maybe one longer more intense cardio and the rest kind of moderate and short. Like a 30 min. Turbo Jam.:) I'm surprised I don't feel like I'm over training. This is my last week of the intense stuff. Then the week of Thanksgiving is my last recovery week. Don't know what I'll do after that. I did alot of bike riding the first phase and slacked on the extra cardio the second phase. That's why I trying to really go all out on phase 3.:)
This check-in has helped tremendously.

You are making me hungry! I have a great turkey meatloaf recipe, I'll have to dig out. Yes, I have tried the taco salad like you decribe. I should make me that, this week. It sounds delish!
