Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Rainbeau Mars Yoga for Beauty - Dusk series followed by Amy Bento's Stretch #1.

I feel guilty taking a day off of cardio - especially cuz I only got in three cardio sessions this week.

I've got to go get ready for work. I'll be back later.

Have great workouts or rest days everyone.

We're probably going to see a movie later. I think that one with Christian Bale - Harsh Times - not sure.
 
Good Morning Maniacs!

Yesterday I went for the 10 mile bike ride and then I worked back later. Son was on computer alot with project so didn't get to post it.
This is what I did:

3 sets 6/4/4
Pullovers 53#
Pulldowns 90# (went up from 80#)
Skipped chins as this was aggravating my right arm/shoulder
Barbell Rows 80#
One Arm Row 43#
DB Rows 35's (got to buy 40# db's. 43# I get off my hand held bar)
Deadlifts 120# (3 sets of 10)
Good Mornings 80# (3 sets of 10)

Today I am 117 in weight. I cut back my cals in half and I am not drinking cyto gainer anymore. Can't deal with fat and I have gotten my butt so small that I don't want the fat to settle there again. That is horrifying to me. What if I can't lose it, ya know? I come too far. So I will work arms today and coremax 2.

Don't feel guilty. You burned almost 500 cals yesterday!!!! Enjoy your movie.

I didn't have time to get back at ya yesterday. I went to Dicks to get new crosstrainers and had w/o wear 1/2 off the marked down price. I had to buy a couple outfits.Gonna need med tops in Jan anyways.Got some nike shorts for 10 bucks and tops for 14 from 40. Yes, happy dance. 3 outfits 1- x-shorts and shoes 135 . Can't beat it.
I only got cardio in last night . Had to make dinner and had the GSon . Made him some cookies.
He doesn't want to eat so, i made some oatmeal peanut butter rasin ones.I put them up on the frige and he was hanging on the door trying to climb the frige freaking for more. It was 1 then dinner.

He fell asleep eating his spaghetti(whole wheat).It was hilarious.
I am going down to do muscle max and cardio.
Arm is feeling 80%. I feel a little cringe on the bone , but i will ice it.
It is heavy today as i can go.I need it bad.

I htink i ma dilexkic. I keep typing letters backwards..
Char, i am not getting on the scale. It hates me this week. My hands were so swollen i had to take my rings off.....They hurt when i got up yesterday....They are all posessed....

Happy Birthday on Monday Char, i forgot it was veterans day, or i would have overnighted ya....

That is great you got some good deals on stuff. Always like that. Got an itch to go again myself if I can stop buying oils! lol. I got to get out of the house more. Probably celebrate my birthday late this week..not sure if it will be today. This is the way it is here. Same way with dh. Don't always celebrate on the day. We are strange perhaps. Anyhow, spent all his money for this pay. lol.

Have a great workout. Getting ready to do coremax 2 myself. I am gonna try to use some weights for this one. Glad your arm is better. Mine is too. TTOM never came. Thought it was here...WTH? Don't know what is up with that. Girl, you don't need to bend over backwards for moi. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. I am sick of turkey burgers. Don't know what to make for lunch.

Anne - sounds like you got some great buys! I love Dick's, just wish they weren't so expensive.

This morning I did Cardio Coach #1 on my highest incline. Wow, what a workout. I think this one is harder the #2. Its 35 minutes but I stayed on my treadmill until I reached an hour after the workout. Workout was 2.45 miles, 1 hr. 2 min., was in my zone for 50 minutes and burned 361 calories.

I'm gonna start saving my money for a treadmill that automatically inclines, mine doesn't. It would be so helpful to be able to use that throughout these workouts.

My mom and I are going to go see Marie Antoinette today, looking forward to that. Hope you all have great workouts!
 
I just changed my mind with workouts. I went and put on my cut off jogging pants to do Coremax 2, the jogging pants were tight around my waist. Instead of fretting, I just went and did Imax 2 instead! lol. Then immediately I ran out in the rain (which felt great) for only 1 mile. I am now gonna do coremax 2 and then arms later.

Wow Charlotte!! Good for you, nice WO! I can imagine running in the rain after that WO felt great. I wanna do that now. The rain is coming.

Deb- I love the incline on my TM. I can't stand running on it when it is flat, I have to have it on atleast 2.5 incline. ENjoy your movie, I want to see it too.

Lora- sorry you have to work, but I hope you enjoy your movie too!

Anne- that is so funny about your grandson! Chase has done that before when he was little. How is the potty training going with him? I really should get cracking with Connor too.

DS- thanks for the info about the salads. I am going grocery shopping today, and you gave me some good ideas. THanks

So, thanks to some encouraging words from Charlotte, I am going to have a different attitude towards my body. I am not perfect, I know. BUt considering where I have come from, I should not be anything but proud of my progress. I look foward to continuing my transformation from The Blob to Rogue!!

Oh, yeah, I will do my WO later this evening. Def cardio, maybe Imax 3 and some other stuff. Not sure yet!

Today I did Hardcore Extreme Interval Circuit It was really hard after doing BM2 yesterday i was sweating buckets!

That incline is tough Deb, even at 3.5. Burns the back of the legs and butt.

Morning Maniacs! Today is Chest-shoulders-tris and ARX and some cardio. I didn't get my stretch in yesterday and feel guilty about that. OY!

I've got to do Clean X first and then workout. Can't workout with a dirty house on the weekend for some reason.

Good morning!

Rest day today. Yay!!! I need it. I had a headache all day yesterday that turned into a migraine. Gosh darn it! Today is a lot better - not totally gone but better. Whew! I wish I wouldn't get them anymore.

I was going to go to church, but we have 23mph winds making the temp with wind chill 3 degrees. Since my head is still not 100%, I'm gonna take it easy and I'm going to go to church on the Internet. Gotta love that! My favorite pastors from growing up in LA are now broadcast on the Internet.

Lora - have fun at the movies.

Charlotte - you lost 3 pounds??? Darn you - I found it. I didn't weigh myself today. I'm sure it was water weight as you all said, but I'm a little "scale shy" right now.

Storm - great workout! You're pumpin' some awesome weight today!

Debbie - great workout!!! Have fun at the movies with your mom.

Meg - good for you with the new attitude! You look fabulous and you work hard. I can't imagine doing that with kids, a hubby AND work AND firefighting! You are WONDER WOMAN!

Randi - sorry you have to work today. :( Great workout! I hope your workday goes fast (but my weekend day goes slow - hmmm...).

Diane Sue - thanks so much for all of the salad info. I am going to print it. I remember you mentioning the bbq sauce/ranch mix and I already forgot. Sheesh! That's a great help though. I'm hoping that eating more clean foods will help with fewer migraines. I know I've said this before but when I go without one for a few weeks I feel invincible and then WHAM!

I finished coremax 2. Put on the 5# ankle weights to my wrist. This was amusing as they were sliding everywhere, but still worked. I used them when doing the oblique work off the stability ball, on my side. I then took a 12# db and used behind head for the reverse crunches, etc. 20# db for woodchops. Gonna get ready to work arms soon. DH says it looks like I already burned some fat off and he laughed. He knows how much I detest fat. I would take a laser gun and burn it off if I could, but only way to do it is to be a MANIAC,right? lol.

Char - funny about lasering off the fat. One time I was using one of those high pressure water thingies to wash my car and I accidentally hit my toes (don't ask me how) and OWIE - it took off some major skin. After I did that I thought hmmm... you could actually resculpt your body this way. Hehehe.

Funny, but not really. That must have hurt. I tried with vacuum cleaner hose to smooth out the cellulite with it back before I knew anything about fitness. lol. I seen something on tv about dermatologist smoothing the legs out with some sort of hose so I got a silly idea.

Hope your migraine goes away. I can't believe it is that cold there. I was just riding my bike and it was about 80 here.

No migraine today - just a little headache. Thanks for the well-wishes. It's warmed up here - it's about 15 with the wind chill now. :)

Well, i am officially exhausted. Took the GS to the grocery store.
Oh, my. I got another w/o with his i want everything fits.Now, i know why i only had 1 child..HAHAH.

Then i just flung jello all over the kitchen. What a mess. I making the straw jello desert and added fat free cream cheese and frozen strawberries. Looks good. I even put it in a BUNDT PAN TO MAKE IT ALL PRETTY.

I would probably die right now.
I have to watch the lifting. I don't want to really flare this arm up again.
Will it hurt to do abs every day?
I am trying to increase my stamina in them and i have been doing them almost every day???

Hi Maniacs!! I just finished up Chest-Shoulders-Tris X. I did the timesaver premix on the LIC DVD and I also did the Abs off of LIC.
Workout time was 1 hr. 54 1/2 min. :)

Lora-
Last week I bought the microderabrasion sponges, the new turbo jams and the Peacock collection of Bare Escentuals!!! How's that for crazy? Sorry you had to work today.:(

I doubt you have gotten that fat in a few days. You are in a PANIC girl! LOL! But, I know exactally how you feel.:) I'm a panic-er too.
Your workouts today and yesterday were freakin' killers. I'm sure you burned off tons and then some in 2 days.:) RELAX! BREATH!:)
