Morning Maniacs -

Off to do some Tracey step, Squeeze Fusion workout and some power yoga. I'll be back in a bit.
 
I ended up doing Tracey's Step Sweatfest for 55 minutes and burned 350 calories. I also did Power Squeeze 30" by Tracey Effenger and Eion Finn's Power Yoga 4 Happiness - Daily Dose of Bliss 40".

The Tracey step tape is complex enough for my tastes. I only did the first 30 minute segment and then repeated it, as she doesn't break down much and I needed to keep doing it to be able to up my intensity.

My legs were already toast and Squeeze was hard. I couldn't even do all the reps (however, I've not been doing Lotte/Fluidity too long). This was described over at VF as Lotte Berk on steroids and I'd have to agree. Some VFers have emailed Tracey with feedback and requested more workouts. I'll be doing the same. It is really good. She does total body in an hour. The ab work and leg work uses a ball. If you did this 3 times a week with your Cathe's.....I think you'd be in awesome shape! This is a perfect workout if you wanted to try Fluidity but don't want to spend the money. I think it would produce similar results. It has a 30 minute premix called Power Squeeze and the 60" version. www.Squeezebytracy.com.

Good morning, today is my rest day. I am picking up my grandson and going to church in a little while. Puddle is still doing better this morning. I think she almost wanted to play. I heard her chewing on one of her toys when I woke up:) BBL

Yesterday ended up being my rest day. So I'm making sat. be my offical rest day since I always have too much going on that day. So today I'll be doing cardio and other stuff not sure what:)

This morning was Back, Biceps and Forearms. I really wish this rotation had one day rest between Chest & Tri's and Back, Biceps and Forearms. Its really hard to do pullups when your chest is sore as all get-out. Next time I do this rotation I will put at least one day rest between these two days.

Anyways, 1 minute rest. Should have went heavier with the back work because I was able to complete 12 reps on most of the exercises. This is what I did:

Back:
Wide Grip Pullups: 4/2/2 (these were hard with only 1 minute rest and chest being really sore)
Reverse Grip Dumbbell Row: 25's - 3 sets/12 reps (should have went heavier)
T-Back Squeeze: Used my new Silver band, that is one tough band and really worked well. 3 sets/12 reps
Pullovers: 37# - 12/12/9

Biceps:
Preacher Curls: 50# - 12/10/8 (These burned like crazy)
Concentration Curls: 20# - 12/11/10 (I hate this exercise)
Incline Alternate Dumbbell Curls: 20's - 12/10/8 (Again, these burned like crazy)

Forearms:
Overhand Wrist Curls: 12's - 12/10/11

Workout was just under an hour.

Lora - No, I never seen Goodfella's. Honestly, I don't care for Ray Liotta much. I seen him in a movie once where he as a bad guy (can't remember which movie) and ever since then I just don't care much for him.

MORNING LADIES..

I am gearing up. Today is GS BSB abd tri.Weights only today and some abs... Calves are sore from th erunning.

My strap on the treadmill HR is all over the place. I have no idea if i am in the right zone . My other is wireless and you have to hold it, which is fine out, but not with the ccoaches...

Was making me crazy. I was going by breathing and exhertion. I had to pace 8mph to get me in the red zone, i think... I was breathing it ok, the legs are what is killing me...

Dallys, i will trade you taxes. Mine are in. Had to put a couple grand on the line of credit..Interest is deductable though...

Those Traci Steehle workouts. Do you need alot of room. I only have 8X8. The Cathe ones that travel alot i never use. I was thinking about the core conditioning...

I am not sure if i like alot of the jumping around the step for the sake of room

Anne - Does this HRM come with the strap? It looks like its just for the watch. You should check out the Nike Imara's, they are awesome and a lot cheaper. I got mine for $50.

It snowed here last night. :( I'm sick of this cold weather.

Today was a heavy workout for me since I went to some bars with friends last night. Kick Max bootcamp premix, CM #3, Gym Style shoulders , MM Shoulders, BM2 shoulders then KM stretch I feel really good right now

Deb - if you like Mob/Gangster movie's, Goodfella's is a classic. It's crazy. One of my all time favorites.......but not sure if you're into that sort of thing.

We saw Black Snake Moan at the $1 theatre and it sure was different. Not at all what I expected. YOY!! Wild movie.

This place is quiet lately. Everyone must be busy.
