I just bought a couple of yoga dvd's at sams, they were cheap, thought I would check out a couple shorter programs for my thursdays. 90 minutes is just way out of hand.

No real time for personals today...I have to go make dindin. My MIL makes homemade ravioli, and the boys beg for it. So...off to make the broth. It's strange to me, but I guess Italians prefer their ravioli as a soup.

Randi...I wonder how Butts and gutts will feel after I finish p90x, it was killer then, I wonder if it will be easier.

Oh...I guess that was Dallys with the B& G sorry, I'm feeling rushed today..some weekend relaxation, LOL.

Dallys...are you diggin the new cathe's?

Suz.. I did think that some of the weight must be muscle..but 6#? that's alot. I will be ok...the bikini looks ok...just would like to lose about 10 pounds before mexico. We usually go with DH's parents...who are in their 80's, but they are fun believe it or not.

What a day. My daughter is still sick. She is in the hospital . Major kidney infection. I talked her into staying. She is in a lot of pain. I had no idea a kidney could hurt so bad. I told her it was nothing to fool with. Stay till the kidney is cleared up... What a day..

Diane Sue - I just remembered to check the Villainess site. She must be sold out of a lot of stuff from Christmas. SHe probably needs to get busy making more and I'm sure she'll be restocked soon. She's a very small company and has been growing. I'm glad you like your Aromaleigh. I feel bad that you don't seem to like the Gliding discs. When I did that gliding this morning, I really pushed hard into the discs to create friction and my legs/glutes are feeling sore already. I think I got them good. I'm debating changing my routine up a bit for a week (maybe 2 weeks). I was going to try doing some harder 90 minute yoga, maybe some functional fitness and maybe some Pilates fusion type of workouts this week with my usual cardio. I was looking at the size of my backside after my shower today and I'm thinking maybe this would be a good change? I don't know. I'm frustrated with my big behind. I guess it's better than having a flat one though! I need to search rotations too...although I don't know if I"m ready to stick with one just yet.
 
Got back from CostcoX and decided to bag Grocery StoreMax. I always over buy on my food. I'm trying to change. Suffer and eat what's in the house til it's gone.:)

Suz- Yeah we sorta talk here don't we? I talk to you guys more than anyone else really. :7

Amber- I am enjoying the new Cathe's FINALLY! LOL! The first and only time I did Butts and Guts was when I was still doing P90X. I didn't get sore and it wasn't any harder than Legs and back. Today it seemed harder and I'm hoping I'm sore. I feel it alittle already.

Anne-Come on over! There is always room in the Hot Tub for one more.:)

We are sitting here waiting for our realtor. I thought I would check and see what is going on with everyone. We didn't get to look in the house today as they decided not to do the open house.

Lora, maybe you could alternate doing 2 leg days and 2 upperbody one week and 3 leg days and 1 upper the next week. Or you could do 2 total body workouts like the premix on Pyramids and then one lower day. Thanks for the information on the gliding workouts. I was thinking I should get out Awesome Strength again and try using my gliding discs on those paper plate moves. I don't have a bosu so I always have to follow another exerciser. I will have to check back on the Villanaise site. I may try some of the mre matte mineral makeup. I know I have went through a lot of the mineral veil already. It finally hit me that I am trying to get rid of the glow. It's not bad though but I still get a lot of oil breakthough. I know I won't switch from the mineral make up though as my skin has not been irritated since using it.

Hey chattys! I got my WO in while boys were playing at grammys house. I did Imax3 intervals 6-10, skipped cooldown and went into B&G standing glute work and stab abs premix, then the stretch. It was fun. I would have gone longer and added more, but I had to go get the boys.

Anne- geez, your poor daughter! I hope she gets better soon.

Dallys- I love B&G! Glad you got them back. I know when I have just gone grocery shopping, I can' tdecide what to eat!

Suz- I hope you get some relieff from those Migraines. That is awsome that you doubled up yesterday. Good for you!

Amber- you are cracking me up with your DOMS! Enjoy your dinner!

Lora- It amazes me how you can pick your WOs with your huge selection! I would love to see a pic of all your DVDs! LOL!!

Char- satellite messing up? How was your pizza last night?? I want pizza, have been craving it all week, but haven't caved yet.

Randi- your job sounds soooooo awesome! Where do you live? I need a job LOL!!!

Deb- great WO you did today! I haven't done PLB in a while!

Diane Sue - Thanks for the ideas. I've decided to do Kelly Coffey NYC tomorrow - total body weights - with a functional fitness feel and I'll take it from there. Yes, I think you'd like the Aromaleigh base then. I just read over at BPAL that something is wrong with Brooke's site (Villainess). They are all waiting for it to be operational again also. She must be having some techincal problems or something. I don't think she's going to be making any more of the Whipped Body Cream though. Everyone's trying to talk her into it...but she doesn't want to go into the lotion making business. I previewed that Gay Gasper Gliding workout and it is basically step aerobic segments with intervals of Gliding while doing strength movements with dumbells. It seems all of the Gliding Pro workous are only 45-50 minutes but they are chaptered easily so you could easily go back and repeat segments. I have been doing all of my Gliding as an add on workout, so I haven't done that yet.

I'm starting to get a bit nervous about work tomorrow. At least Jay is out of town for a while and I can practice working for the other 2 attorneys this week. I hope I can fall asleep tonigh.
