Morning Maniacs -
This morning I did a little bit of Tracey's Kickbox Sweatfest & Hi/Lo Sweatfest for a total of 45 minutes and burned 290 calories. I also did Slim Series Cool it Off Express 30". I liked Cool it Off X....felt good. My body is beat....but no rest until next Saturday when we leave for Vegas!!
I got Slim Series Express last week but they won't actually be released from Beachbody until the end of the month. A bunch of us at VF ordered from a link someone posted. They were in computer school and somehow got in Beachbody's backdoor to the website and found them. When BB caught on, they stopped it. It's only a set of 4 DVDs and they are a half hour each. Made to compliment the Slim Series original series.
I liked the Kickbox except I can see where some have said it's rather repetitive. You don't need to think a lot. Didn't really do enough to comment further, but I didn't think the double timed moves were too quick like others stated.
The Hi/Lo was a bit hard to follow. No breakdown and I'll need to do it a few times to learn it, but it was fun. I could probably make it more intense after I learn it also. They have someone do the low version and the high version.
Diane Sue - I know JillyBean is in Sculptfest but which exerciser is she? The girl with the dark blonde hair to the left (when looking at TV)?
Have great workouts or rest days. I have an early dental appointment and then it's the usual Saturday routine. We're going to see Slow Burn with Ray Liota. Looks good. I'm expecting a BPAL package, but not sure if it's my Milk Moon/Monster Baits order or something else. We shall see.
I'll be back later.
