Lora: I was thinking about you. I am so sorry you have to go through this sh$$, been there twice, keep your head up, it will get better you see!
 
No workout for me today. I am sanding and painting some of the outside doors and trim before storms hit again. Got some shopping done but am really slow at getting anything else done. Spent to much time trying to get some pre STS pictures in my profile. Does anyone know when Cathe is going to be finished with these??

Teddy, I have not been doing a particular rotation. I really should plan something. Just getting lower in 3 times a week and upper 2. Taking a walk is nice. I walked across the parking lot at the grocery store but that probably doesn't count LOL

Nice pictures. I am just sitting here feeling 6 months preggo from the tablets I had to take for preparation for the colonosopy and so your pictures make me want to do a billion ab moves right now. Very inspiring. Thanks for posting.
 
Charlotte, thanks. My diet has not been good. I need to make myself accountable for all of the ice cream I have been eating lately. Don't know what got into me. I think I am stress eating because hubby is gone.
I know how you are feeling right now since I did that. I had a choice of gatorade or crystal light in a 64 oz pitcher with that powdered laxitive stuff and ducolax:0 By the time I got done I felt like that pitcher of Crystal light tea was in my belly. Can't stand the stuff now. Couldn't make myself workout till after it was all over either. My thought are with you on that one.

Sigh...my cat is being a brat right now. It's a wonder I can type at all. Just finished my workout. I did combos 1-3 of ASC, then the leg conditioning drills from Kickmax, then 130 crunches. Earlier I did the 25 minute lower body yoga workout from Yoga for your Moods. I chose the advanced version, but it was a bit beyond my skill level. No inverted triangle for me; I can hardly believe the human body can do that at all. Mine sure can't. Maybe someday. Hopefully. I feel better now that I've worked out; felt laaaazy earlier because I took a nap and generally felt blah. The book I"m reading right now for my diss pretty much knocked me out. It isn't exactly a page turner. Need to read more in it today, though.
