I ended up doing Ellen Barret's Fat Burning Fusion. It was a recovery workout only in the sense that my HR stayed lower and it was low impact, but it REALLY worked the legs with tons of plies and such. I remember being sore in different places from this last time and I think I was able to concentrate more on form today and to a better job. Workout was 47" and I burned 362 calories. I also did Body Wisdom's AM Yoga with Barb Benagh - Extended Morning Routine 45".
Have a great workout or rest days everyone. We're going to see a scary movie today....either Saw IV or that vampire movie and then the concert is tonight. My DH is being a complete idiot and I really don't want to go anywhere with him.......and told him I'd go by myself cuz it's just in Downtown Youngstown.
