Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Sat Oct 27

I ended up doing Ellen Barret's Fat Burning Fusion. It was a recovery workout only in the sense that my HR stayed lower and it was low impact, but it REALLY worked the legs with tons of plies and such. I remember being sore in different places from this last time and I think I was able to concentrate more on form today and to a better job. Workout was 47" and I burned 362 calories. I also did Body Wisdom's AM Yoga with Barb Benagh - Extended Morning Routine 45".

Have a great workout or rest days everyone. We're going to see a scary movie today....either Saw IV or that vampire movie and then the concert is tonight. My DH is being a complete idiot and I really don't want to go anywhere with him.......and told him I'd go by myself cuz it's just in Downtown Youngstown.

Good Morning, today I am going to do one of the 4Day Split Circuits. I am thinking it will be the B/C upper body one. I went over all of the circuits yesterday. Might add a little more cardio. I am going to go help dh do some remodeling at work in a while. BBL

Good Morning Maniacs!!!

I did not get to workout yesterday. I had too much going on and hadn't slept but 2 hours night before. So today I am well rested and ready to go. Gonna work legs, ab ripper x and shoulders (shoulders when I get home from work..get the heavy stuff out of the way) lol.

This morning I was suppose to do shoulders but my upper back and biceps are very sore (yay!) so I opted to do cardio instead. I'll work my shoulders tomorrow.

My dh fixed my HRM and it worked on him last night as we were sitting on the couch. He kept it on him for about an hour and it seem to register correctly. Well, of course when I used it this morning it worked for all of 15 minutes and then went bazerk going down to 64 bpm and then jacking up to 210 bpm! He told me that if it acted up for me not to throw it across the room again. LOL! So I took it off and "gently" threw it on the floor along with the watch. When I hit a steady state portion of my workout I put on my Polar and I can't believe it, but it worked fine the entire time. So I guess I'll just use that for now.

I did Cardio Coach #7 again. I really love this workout. I did excellent on my sprinting and my endurance is building at a great rate.

I'm using the stats from the last time I did this workout:

Toasty - www.Seether.com I preordered it and I just got it.......am listening to it now..........so far it rocks!!!! Lots of songs in Seether's usual dark manner, Suicide, Breakdown, Fallen. Fallen's playing right now.....and I love it!!! It's NEW SEETHER .....YAY!!!!! Woohooo......and tonight's POM and Saliva downtown. (go to the store and music and there it is....Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces - one song is called F$#@ Me Like You Hate Me.....such language ...LOL).

Workout was 4 day split Bootcamp upper Circuit. I did the stretch from both workouts. I think this was a pretty good upper body/cardio workout because you get a bonus upper doing the push up drill and picking up the weights running drill.
