Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Month of May!

The internet has been out off and on so I have had a hard time posting. Yesterday I did P90X3 Warrior and Incinerator. I still felt I had missed out on weights and particularly lower so I did X train cardio legs strength only mix. Total time was around 1 hr 50 minutes and 640 calories.
Today was Les Mills Combat cardio fighter, core attack, and strength and stretch, 90 minutes, 516 calories. Yesterday we went to our oldest granddaughter's graduation and party. Time sure does fly. Monday is birthdays. Hope you all have a pleasant Memorial weekend.
 
This mornings workout was P90X3 Eccentric Lower and Total Synergistics. I liked the Eccentric lower workout. That is it. We had a dual family birthday party for my granddaughter and grandson which was fun
 
Good morning! No workout for me yesterday, just wanted to have a free day. Today I did Burn Sets Chest, Back and Shoulders and had a great workout. I went up in a couple of the exercises. Feeling great!!!

This is what I did:

CHEST
Dumbbell Chest Press - 30's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 11 reps
Dumbbell Chest Fly - 20's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 11 reps
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press - 25's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Pushups - 16 reps

BACK
One Arm Row - 25# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Double Arm Row - 15's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Rear Delt Fly - 10's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Supermans - Skipped

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Overhead Press - 10's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 10 reps
Single Arm Lateral Raise - 5# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 10 reps
Single Arm Rear Delt Raise - 8# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Scarecrows - 3# - 11 reps

Today I did P90X3 Cold start warm up 12 min. 42 cal. followed by CVX, 34 minutes, 323 cal.. I actually got my HR up to 166 today on this one. I then did P90X3 Isometrix, 30 min., 152 calories. I finished off with Cross Fire bonus core, 10 minutes, 55 calories. Total time 86 minutes, 572 calories.
I liked Isometrix. It was yoga and plank type balances held for 45 seconds moving from plank to standing and back to plank type moves. There really is a lot of variety in these workouts. The cold start option was good for getting started with CVX as it begins right out working hard with overhead jacks with dumbbells.
 
Today I did 4DS Low Intensity, yesterday was 4DS high intensity.

Had a nice long weekend and I am counting down a month from yesterday my hubby and I leave for Atlantis in the Bahamas!!
 
Today I did Cardio Coach 6 with Candace but only did Challenge 1, 2 and 4. I skipped 3 because I don't like doing it. I almost stopped after the first challenge because both of my knees were really hurting. Once I got past the first challenge they were better so I kept going. What is up with that?

Workout was 47 minutes, ran 2.8 miles and burned 403 calories.

I also started doing planks again, I did 4 - 20 second planks. Wow, those are hard for me right now. I'm going to work my way up and get my endurance up again on these. They are hard!

This morning I did P90X3 Eccentric upper body 33 minutes 155 calories and Cathe Flex Train 56 minutes, 296 calories. Total time 89 minutes
451 calories.

Debbie, you should see all of the long plank holds in P90X3 Isometrix. All of the balances are held 45 seconds. Most planks are done with 1 hand and 1 foot on the floor. It was a standing balance then a floor plank balance through pretty much he whole 30 minutes. Quite challenging. I still need to check out the new ones Cathe is working on.

Roselyn, I am sure the vacation will be fun and motivation :)
 
Today I did Burn Sets Bi's and Tri's and had an excellent workout!! Love love love this one!!! However, I think Cathe needs to rest longer between exercises. I paused for a few to stretch. This one seems rushed compared to the Chest, Back and Shoulders one.

This is what I did:

BICEPS
Dumbbell Curls - 20's - 1 set 10 reps; 15's - 1 set 10 reps; 3rd set 14 reps
Simultaneous Rotational Curls - 15's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 10 reps
Concentration Curls - 20# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 10 reps
Hammer Curl Double Arm Crazy 8's - 12's - 24 reps

Concentration curls really hurt my elbows. Not sure why?

TRICEPS
Tricep Pushups - 3 sets
Lying Tricep Extensions - 12's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 14 reps
One Arm Kickbacks - 8's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 14 reps
Double Arm Overhead Extension w/Tubing - 12 reps - Couldn't do the pulses, this killed me!

I also did 4 sets of 20 second elbow planks.

Need to go up in a few exercises with triceps. Really felt this workout.

This morning I did P90X3 cold start and MMX, 45 minutes, 296 calories. I then did Cathe's Rock out knock out Kickbox combos, 17 minutes, 114 calories followed by Cathe X10 fat burning circuit no w/u or str, 15 minutes, 148 calories. I finished off with P90X3 Dynamix 30, 163 calories. Workout was 1 hr 47 minutes, calories burned 721.
 
Today I did my own Burn Set Leg workout again and then added some from Xtrain Legs. I had a great workout.

Dumbbell Squats - 25's - 3 sets 10 reps
Barbell Deadlifts - 50# - 3 sets 10 reps

I did Xtrain Legs from Wall Squats on but skipped the Forward Leaning Lunges with the cups because that really hurts my knee. The rest I can do and love all the exercises!!!

I think I am going to take next week off because I have a lot of early morning meetings plus I've been working out for 12 weeks straight. I need a break. So next week you probably won't hear from me much.

This morning I did P90X3 Decelerator, 35 min. 135 calories. I followed with P90X3 Warrior, 33 min. 218 calories. I finished off with Kelly Coffey Body Shop Lower along with the pull over fly segment. 22 min., 119 calories. Total time was 90 minutes and calories burned 472.
 
This morning I did X10 double low impact cardio mix adding the Hi/Lo to it, 50 minutes, 395 calories. I then did P90X3 Pilates X, 31 minutes, 129 calories. Total time was 81 minutes and calories burned 524.
