Close Grip Pullups:
70# - 8/8
These were hard to say the least! I did pull downs of course because I can't pull myself up all the way.
Chest
Incline BB Bench Press:
75# - 6/7
These were too heavy, but I really didn't want to go down in weight. I kept my form okay until the last rep. I'm okay though!
Hamstrings
SLDL's:
75# - 8/8
Probably could have went a little heavier, but I don't want to take a chance hurting my back.
Shoulders
Upright Rows:
25# - 8/8
These felt good, probably could have went a little heavier. Will try next time. Felt good working that part of my shoulders.
Calves
Barbell Calf Raises:
35# - 8
45# - 8
Next time I will go heavier, because I know I can with these!
Triceps
Skull Crushers:
25# - 8/8
I felt good with this weight especially when it's coming that close to my noggin.
Abs
Cardio and Weights, I haven't done these in forever, now makes me want to try Imax 2 for cardio!
