Well -you ladies might have thought I sounded relaxed this morning, but that all changed soon! I feel so stupid some times. I have been doing more dumb things and making my job just that much harder. I started answering the phone today also. I swear,where did my freakin brain cells go?? I certainly couldn't have killed THAT many in my past life!! I think I need to practice my complex step more!!!!!!!

Back to the salt mines.

Anne...HUGS to you, hoping your daughter sails through. Kidney infections are one of the most painful conditions, they compare those to childbirth and kidney stones. Timing sucks for you...aren't you only 9 days away and she is supposed to man the shop???

Meg...I never thought I would like kickboxing, but I got turbojams first, then cathe's, now tony's kenpo and I am hooked. really great workouts for the butt and legs...not to mention arms...now that I have my weighted wrist weights. ARe your boys better.

Ok...getting ready to go home and bring it with Tony...so excited!!

Finished the workout today, including ab ripper x. I will post my stats tomorrow morning, but they might not sound impressive, but I did my best...what more can I say? Also went down on my carb intake so that might not have helped, but I had more then my share this weekend so I purposely cut back today.

Amber- boys are finally over all that crap! They seemed to finally kick it last week thank goodness. I still have a little nagging cough, but nothing bad, just annoying. Yeah, I really want to try AMy's new kickboxing. I like doing something cardio without step sometimes.

Char- I am sure you did great. Glad you got it in.

I am about to go highlight my hair. Hope it comes out alright. If not, I will be knocking on Anne's door tomorrow! Funny, the only lady DH lets cut his hair is Anne. Boys like her too.

Good evening. Got my workout in, finished off with Muscle Max after Cardio Coach #6. I noticed I went back and looked and I guess it is P90X Back & biceps Wed., I will do CST on Friday.

Maeghan, I usually max out at 7-8 mph on my treadmill runs. Sometimes I will just do a moderate pace at low 4mph and high 6mph. When I do a Cardio Coach I try to go as hard as I can.

Anne, have you heard anything about you dd? I hope she is going to be alright. Hope you get to feeling better soon yourself.

Wow taht's good DS! I have never tried 8! I have sprinted on my outside runs before and gone pretty quick. I think I have an underlying fear of falling flat on my face on the TM with roadburn if I go that fast!LOL!!! Have to work up to it. I have done 6.5 for a sprint, but that is the fastest.......so far! May be a CC would help me move up some.

I think my hair is alright. Have to get used to it a bit.

Hey Maniacs! Finished up CC#2 on the St. Bike. I repeated Steady state 3 and Challenge 3. Workout was 40 min. This one is all hill work. I then did Rodney Yee's Yoga for Athletes mini sport yoga for cycling. I think it's only about 10 or 15 min. I really put the tension on with the bike. Feels like I just did a leg workout.:)
HRM didn't start until ten min. into the workout so I won't post stats. My HR did get up to 166. I need to push harder. It's been up in the 170+'s before with CC's.
