Anne- Same here, to much stuff! You are obviously doing great with your WO,s really ripping up those muscles..

Lora- I was thinking DM or B&G. Give your body some time, I am sure you will start to see your results! Can you walk on inclines on your TM? That would help too.

Hey Maniacs! Lunch time for me. Not sure what I want yet. Leaning towards sweet potato, peas and chicken or the cake/cobbler creation my DH made. LOL! Cathe or should I say Nancy has informed me that she is sending out my NEW DVD's along with my ProActive :+ as soon as they are done, which should be in a few days!

Meg- That is so cool you got all those workouts from that ever so sweet person. What a nice thing for her to do! I'd tell you what to do, but I've only done Butts and Gutts and premixes off of bodymax 2 and LIC, and that was so long ago I can't remember any of it. LOL! So, I'll just say why not got for it and do Drill Max! LOL!

Lora- Do you think you are getting any kind of results with all the leg work you are doing? Maybe it will just take more time. I bet there is noticable change and 'you' just don't see it.:)

Anne-You poor sore thing! How are you cutting hair? Oh, that's why all the little bits of ears are on the floor today. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Char- Get on the ball girl and print your rotation and stick it on the wall (or your forehead)! Just kidding! But, you are slightly nuts and confused! Glad you didn't get attacked by dogs on your bike ride. I sure wish it were warmer here. Today is a pleasant 36 degrees and we are waiting for snow.

Amber- You already look great in your pictures! You are so tiny! I bet you will look terrific after P90X. I love how your dog is squeezing in some of the pictures. I think you could be Suz's sister. You two look very similar.

Suz-I know what you mean by it being hard to do pushups with sore abs. My abs are sore from Planks yesterday and I really felt it while doing triceps pushups this morning. Your picures of the dogs and birdies are so cute! BRING IT! Teach that to one of your birds! LOL!

Jeanette- Don't you just love that feeling in your back after the pulldowns? You get that with pullups too. I rarely feel sore with just using DB's either. Way to go on more pushups too! Isn't it amazing what we can really do if we are challenged?

Debbie- I think CC4 is a toughie too. You did good getting that one done with a headache!

Diane Sue- YOu are amazing! Great workout! To answer from yesterday, I swear Cathe did not do the BB exercises in Power Circuit, and just used the DB's on 3 exercises. I remember only loading my BB getting ready to do back work. Am I crazy? Have I lost it? LOL! I'll be doing it again next Sunday to confirm.:)

Randi- You are doing great with the workouts! How are you liking this rotation?


Off to eat lunch...Ok, Ok, I won't eat the cake. Geez! You all are such nags! LOL!

Meg, yes Zeus is old and fat, but is a major sweetie. I had such lofty goals for him that I named him "zeus" king of the gods, yeah right. He is my big baby.

Dallys...LOL...not tiny at all. I'm 5'11"!!! Hence, only wanna be lean...or I would like a man. but thanks that very sweet, I don't think the picture quality allows you to see the cellulite. And there is cellulite.

BBL Week 2 starts tonight and I can't get to anything till around 7 ish.

Dallys- eat the cake. My DH brought home Christmas Cookies from Mom's yesterday and I had 2 yesterday and 2 today. Don't want to get in that habit though.

I don't think my legs look any different yet. I'll give it 2 months before I give up since it is my problem area.

I don't like my knees either. They are wrinkled..wrinkle cream? Knee caps are a mess and I squeak when I bend like a rusty ole' tinman.

Don't like spellbound. Not very bad, but not good enough either. Malice...very strong..overwhelming. Probably not going to like. Will try. So far now I have on Bathsheba and Delight. We will see about these as they dry down.

Charlotte - the last 2 you mentioned are the ones I like the best. Have you smelled Schwarzer Mond yet from the Black Moon set? I think you'd like it - it's really unique and deep. I wore it yesterday. I'm wearing Wilhemena Murray today and not sure if I want the bottle. I keep trying to go thru my bottles to sell, but I can't find anything I want to part with. Yes, I hate the way my legs look from the front. When I turn to the side, you can see definition but the front view has nada!!

Diane Sue - Yes, I saw those, but I forgot to print them. Thanks....I'll have to print those out. I think my legs are getting used to all of the normal leg exercises....since they don't really get that sore, but then the Gliding made them sore. I must start cross training more. I get on rolls where I keep doing the same thing over and over. The treadmill frustrates me cuz I want to run to get my HR up....but when I run...my sciatica flares and when I power walk, my HR is not high enough.

Meg - I got up at 3:30 am today. I'll stay on the same schedule while I'm not working. I'll be getting up at 2:30 am the rest of the week. I don't like to get out of the habit. I'll probably keep my morning workouts around the same length also and add a second workout on the days I feel like. This will give me a chance to add Pilates, Lotte Berk, Bar Method, Yoga, and more aerobics. I should try using some of my older stuff and see if I still want them around.

No, haven't smelled Swartzen something other. I am bidding on inquisition pieces right now in exchange for my purple phoenix that I don't like. So I like Bathsheba and Athens so far. Athens makes me want some wine and chocolate. I would drink wine, but only early in the day so I could burn it off later, but would probably be too drunk to workout so what is the point to drink it then??? lol. BTW, someone passed me while I was on my bike earlier in the day and I could just smell the alcohol. I am thinking...hmm, bit early for all that. lol

Ouch, cut your fingers. Oh dear. Didn't go too deep I hope. What day is boob day? Leg day for me is tomorrow for consultation. You have no idea how much spider veins bother me. Got rid of most of the cellulite so now onto the veins. I can't wait for this summer.

Hi all!

Wow - what a sucky day at work! I can't wait until Friday. I'm off at noon and don't go back until the first of the year. Whew! BRING IT! Actually tomorrow will be a MUCH better day. Is it a plyo day? I hope so! And I'm doubling it, so it will be a great day.

Char - I can't believe my abs are still that sore either. Not when I move or anything, just when I do pushups. I must have torn something. Hehehe. Just kidding. I'm just finally working that part.

Glad you all liked the new avi. He sure is cute, huh?

Amber - Sorry girlfriend, I see NO cellulite on those pretty legs. Nice try. Your befores look great so your afters are gonna ROCK!

Well, I decided on B&G tonight. WHOA NELLY!! I have never had the shakes SOOOO bad before! When I got up after the ab work, I almost fell over! Really, I did! I LOVED this WO. I actually tacked on the bonus stability ball ab WO too.
OK, that move where you lay on your back, arms out to the sides, feet straight up, then you lower legs to one side, back up, other side...... can you guys do them??? I really can't go down far at all before my shoulder comes up. Guess I really need to work on that one.
Otherwise, Great WO. I matched Cathe's weight since I didn't know what I was in for. I did start out with 5lb ankle weights, but had to lower it on the inner thigh work. My right leg just was NOT going to lift the 5#s! LOL!
Can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow.

Meg - Congrats on getting those workouts. That's just awesome. There sure are some really nice people in this world. My DH just proved again to me that he's one of them. He just sold one of his VERY expensive road bikes on eBay and he knows the guy really struggled with whether or not he could afford it. So after the guy said he would buy it, he said "Let me know if you decide to sell your bike computer." DH says to him, "Ah, I'll just throw it in." It's $100 Polar one. He said, "I know the guy's robbing Peter to pay Paul to buy the bike so I'll just give it to him. The guy was so excited. How sweet! :)

No, I can't do those things you're talking about with the legs to one side!
