Hey Maniacs! Lunch time for me. Not sure what I want yet. Leaning towards sweet potato, peas and chicken or the cake/cobbler creation my DH made. LOL! Cathe or should I say Nancy has informed me that she is sending out my NEW DVD's along with my ProActive :+ as soon as they are done, which should be in a few days!
Meg- That is so cool you got all those workouts from that ever so sweet person. What a nice thing for her to do! I'd tell you what to do, but I've only done Butts and Gutts and premixes off of bodymax 2 and LIC, and that was so long ago I can't remember any of it. LOL! So, I'll just say why not got for it and do Drill Max! LOL!
Lora- Do you think you are getting any kind of results with all the leg work you are doing? Maybe it will just take more time. I bet there is noticable change and 'you' just don't see it.
Anne-You poor sore thing! How are you cutting hair? Oh, that's why all the little bits of ears are on the floor today. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Char- Get on the ball girl and print your rotation and stick it on the wall (or your forehead)! Just kidding! But, you are slightly nuts and confused! Glad you didn't get attacked by dogs on your bike ride. I sure wish it were warmer here. Today is a pleasant 36 degrees and we are waiting for snow.
Amber- You already look great in your pictures! You are so tiny! I bet you will look terrific after P90X. I love how your dog is squeezing in some of the pictures. I think you could be Suz's sister. You two look very similar.
Suz-I know what you mean by it being hard to do pushups with sore abs. My abs are sore from Planks yesterday and I really felt it while doing triceps pushups this morning. Your picures of the dogs and birdies are so cute! BRING IT! Teach that to one of your birds! LOL!
Jeanette- Don't you just love that feeling in your back after the pulldowns? You get that with pullups too. I rarely feel sore with just using DB's either. Way to go on more pushups too! Isn't it amazing what we can really do if we are challenged?
Debbie- I think CC4 is a toughie too. You did good getting that one done with a headache!
Diane Sue- YOu are amazing! Great workout! To answer from yesterday, I swear Cathe did not do the BB exercises in Power Circuit, and just used the DB's on 3 exercises. I remember only loading my BB getting ready to do back work. Am I crazy? Have I lost it? LOL! I'll be doing it again next Sunday to confirm.
Randi- You are doing great with the workouts! How are you liking this rotation?
