I guess I posted yesterdays workout in April. Today I did Low Impact Challenge Extreme, 72 minutes, 468 calories. I am watching my youngest grandchild today so that was it :D
 
Yesterday did a quick cardio so I did RWH plyo one, went to visit my son in Springfield, he comes home in 2 weeks but we wanted to see his new apartment for next semester.
 
Today I did Ripped with Hiit Lift it Hit it Legs, 41 minutes, 254 calories. I then did Great Glutes Bonus chair, 7 minutes, 27 calories and finished off with Butts and Guts Bonus sit and stand, leg press, glute squeeze with the stability ball, stability ball abs and stretch, 28 minutes, 106 calories. Workout was 76 minutes and calories burned, 387.

No workout for me today. :( Really bummed about that. Woke up with an incredibly bad headache. I think it's allergies, my head was all plugged up when I got up. I took a Claritin and some acetaminaphin and now I'm feeling better. Dang it, I was going to do a Cardio Coach on my new treadmill. Sucks.
 
Today I did Ripped With Hiit Circuit Upper Body mix 5 with the abs mixed in and finished off with X10 Fat Burning Circuit no warm up just the workout and stretch. Workout was around 80 minutes and calories 495.

Debbie, allergies have been really bad around here this year. I hope you feel better. Sorry that you missed your workout.
 
Today I did Body Beast - Build: Back and Biceps. This second time around with this phase I like a lot more. I know what to expect so I'm ready for the exercises. Had a great workout!!! I'm gonna miss these workouts when I'm done with the rotation.

Diane Sue - I took Claritin and that helps quite a bit. I feel much better today.
 
Today I did Les Mills Combat Power Kata, 44 minutes, 255 calories and the Stretch and Strength workout, 19 minutes, 64 calories.

Debbie, I take Claritin once in awhile and it helps some but it makes me drowsy and a lower dose doesn't do anything for me. I think they had some Hybrid rotations using Body Beast at Beach Body. I took off for a bit and went back and did a second round of it. I always find it nice to have a plan. When I don't I end up changing my mind a dozen times and that wastes a lot of time.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and this time I did the whole thing. I wanted to see how my incline worked so I decided to do the HC hill. OMG!!! My new treadmill goes to 15% incline where my other one only went to 10%. What a huge difference that made!!! My legs were screaming by the time that challenge was over. Loved it!!! I had a great workout!!

Workout was 54 minutes, ran 3.3 miles and burned about 366 calories - that was according to my Fitbit. My treadmill said I burned 473 calories. Hate how they are so different. Oh well...

Today I did Intensity Series Bootcamp, 58 minutes, 315 calories followed by Intensity Series Muscle Endurance Express skipping the warm up and abs, 36 minutes, 164 calories. Total time was 96 minutes and calories burned was 479.

Debbie, nice work. My Treadmill that my daughter has went o 12 which can be pretty tough even walking. I haven't been brave enough to increase the step resistance on my Treadclimber yet. I have it at about mid range. Fitness equipment can be so off from the heartrate monitors with the watches. It depends on whether I am holding on to the bars how close the tread climber heart rate and calorie burn is to my heart rate monitor. I have to wear a non coded heart rate strap with a watch that will work with non coded to check both. It is the same with my spin bike but, it doesn't read my heart rate.
 
Today I did Body Beast - Build: Shoulders - had a great workout again. Wore my !# weighted gloves and that makes a huge difference with shoulder work. I also had time to walk on my treadmill for .75 miles.

Diane Sue - I know what you mean, all equipment reads differently. It's just annoying. LOL!!!
 
Today I did Low Impact Series Athletic Training, 56 minutes, 304 calories. I then did Ab Circuits weights and pates, 19 minutes, 70 calories. I finished off with Turbo Barre, glutes/hamstrings, calves, floor work, and stretch, 32 minutes, 95 calories. Workout was 1 hr 47 minutes and calories burned 469.
 
Roselyn, sorry about the cough and not feeling well. I hope you get better soon.
 
No workout today. I had a mother daughter brunch with my daughters this morning. I may make up something in the morning if I can drag myself to bed early enough.
 
No workout Saturday or Sunday. I just went through a quick yoga routine Sunday morning on my own. I needed to loosen some of the tightness. We had a family gathering for my youngest grandson's first birthday and mother's day after church. I am never good about doing something late in the day. I think I am going to have several breaks in the next few weeks. Thursday we have company coming from out of town. I am not sure how that will be yet. Then the end of the month into the start of the next month I will be watching the 1 year old and 7 year old for a week.
I have decided to loosely follow the rotation Cathe had that does STS and LIS in an undulating rotation.
Today I did X Train All Out Low Impact Hiit Floor Mix minus the stretch to warm up good, 18 minutes, 105 calories. I then did STS Disc 16 M2, Week 2, 63 minutes, 251 calories. I finished off with STS Extended Stretch, 15 minutes, 30 calories. Total time was 94 minutes and calories burned 386.
 
I couldn't post this morning, for some reason we didn't have internet.

This week it's back to the Bulk workouts. I did Bulk Chest and then walked on my treadmill for 1 mile.

Roselyn - Are you not following the Beast rotation anymore?

Diane Sue - I should do yoga, too. My body is getting really tight again.

Today was supposed to be Legs but my left knee is bothering me a bit so I didn't want to chance it. I did Bulk Shoulders instead and then walked on my treadmill for 1 mile.

I need to take one of my cats to the vets today, he is coughing and is all congested. This happened once before when I changed my dryer sheets to Snuggles and he had an allergic reaction to it. However, I'm not using those anymore so now I don't know what is causing this. I worry about my little friend, I hope he's ok.
