Thanks Suz, Dallys and Diane Sue for the help with P90X. I think I will try it on the Bowflex first, can always go to Plan B later with bands or a real pull up bar.
I'm soooo excited. Hope I still feel that way once I'm doing the rotation :7
Think I will try to do the extra cardio sessions, but not until a little later in the rotation as I hear the first week or so are intense.
Dallys, what kind of eating did you do and was it enough to fuel your mtn. bike rides too? I remember about 4 years ago, I did the Zone Diet and lost a few pounds, but by the end of the cycling season, I was exhausted, my legs had the creepy crawlies and were fatigued all the time, and I was almost in worse shape than when I started. I bumped up the carbs a little, a couple pounds came back on, but I felt a whole lot better. The good thing, like Suz's thinking too, I believe, is that we will be doing this before the real cycling season starts so we won't be doing lots of riding anyway. I just like to keep spinning during the winter not to lose too much fitness bikewise. Your picture looks great and I see lots of nice definition and leanness, something I'm hoping to get too.
You guys are all awesome and inspire me tremendously. Thanks.
