I'm getting ready to go do High Step Challenge and maybe some additional cardio and yoga. I want to try some more of my Hip Hop Abs. I have lots to do this morning so I'm not sure when I'll be back, but I'll be back later.
Toasty - I wore Saw Scaled Viper yesterday and I need more! It's great. I love cinnamon and cardamom though....spicy and sexy. What's The Secret?

I think those tapes work you much differently than traditional leg work, etc. A lot of woman who bulk from weights do Lotte Berk/Bar Method work and ballet for their legs exclusively. I forgot, I also have The Bar Method - Fat Free. You can also look at the reviews on Amazon for Lotte Berk and The Bar Method. I did just the blast segment from a Lotte Berk (only availble on the DVDs) and it was only 10 minutes long but I felt it in my lower abs and butt the next day. I think they are good to do when you want to change things up a bit. Read over the reviews at Amazon and let me know.
