Suz, actually my puppies are getting pretty easy to bathe. I do it once a week and have a special shower attachment I bought that is hand held and only sprays when I push the button. They really don't struggle. Good thing too. Could you imagine the Dane full grown? She would probably give me the bath.

Lora, I ordered the gliding discs with the dvd from Amazon today. They will be here some time before Jan. 2.

My day has been something else. Took the car down for oil change and found out I need all 4 new tires. Dh has been putting the miles on the car and the wires were showing!!!! OMG! Then my phone is not working this morning so I use my cell to call to get it fix. Come home and the guy stops by and tells my son what he is going to do...cord is hanging out my bedroom window so I can use phone????? My phone is usually in my kitchen. This is soooo unexceptable. I am on the phone with them now to fix my phone right!!!!

ETA: So he is coming over now to fix it right. Didn't want to come in the house with my son just being here. That is fine, BUT STILL...a cord out my window???? WTH??? So my leg work will get done today rather late. I hope I still have energy.

DS- yes I love the snowangels. I can do them!!!! The second time around was tough on my shoulders since they were so fatigued already. I really really like that WO. I can't believe I can do almost all teh bicep reps with 15#! The shoulder presses too, even though I dropped to 10# the second time. Really good. Hey, for triceps, does yours only repeat the kickbacks, not the extensions and dips?? Kinda weird, but that's OK!

Char- that sucks. I hope you get the phone fixed. I hate tires. WE had to get 4 new tires on both cars this summer. It is always something. Good luck getting everything done.

Diane Sue - How much did you pay for the discs? Did you get the DVD's with them? I didn't know Amazon had them.

Thanks! We just got new tires for dd's car in October. Gosh! So the repairman is here and he is not liking going under the house, but that is his job. So I gotta go run my son to work around 6. I am getting tense because I am running out of time today...I got to get in my workout. I had to drink my protein shake already cuz this is when I usually drink it anyways. Tomorrow will be better. My head is pounding.

The guy did not charge me for the phone work. Maybe I was charming enough? I dunno. Pleased.

Did some of my bonus leg work before P90X leg. Here is what I did:

140# deadlifts (the absolute max I can do for now) 3 sets/8
Firewalkers
Leg Ext. 90# 3 sets/8
Squats 150# 3 sets/10

Ab Ripper X too I need to do. I will talk to ya'll when I get time again.

Maeghan, yes mine does only one set of the extensions and dips. I thought it was funny.

Lora, I bought the set with the three workouts. It was 24.99 but shipping was less. The gliding disc company had a place where you could get free shipping but when I was going to order it was for fitness professionals:(

Charlotte, sorry your day is going so lousy. I know what you mean about the guy doing the wiring right. DD just went through that with our cable company. She bought their package phone, internet and cable tv. The guy claimed he could not drill through the wall of her office(didn't want to go in the attic) She called me upset because he put a modem in her ds6 room where she did not want cable, and told her she would have to use a wireless system for her internet, which she needed being a teacher. He left her with one television with cable, no internet, and wires hanging all over the place within the dogs reach in her yard. She called and they would not help her. My son called them and they sent someone back out to fix it right. Relax, it will all settle after while and then you can do that workout.

Diane Sue - I should have told you about that Fitness Professional thing. All you have to do is say that you are (cuz, in essense, you (we) really are). Everyone on VF buys over there also. I have about 6 DVDs off of the Gliding Pro site and each time I just answer yes and never have a problem.

My day has been Hell also! I've been screaming and fighting with the DH all day. I can't deal with this any more. I'm so sick of this whole situation. It seems I'm going to have to take whatever job I can making more money (no matter how messed up it sounds) just to stop this insane fighting around here. I can't take this confrontation. I'm a Libra and a Peacemaker.......I'm not a fighter. I hate this....every time i scream, feel the plaque building in my arteries!!! I have a horrid migraine, a back ache and shoulder pain and my legs are sore. Ugh.

Just brought it and it feels good...yes! endorphins are everywhere and it's a beautiful thing. did abrx and I don't recommend it 2 days in a row...it hurts sooo bad. Seeing progress in balance weight and reps..yes

Hi suz..hidden talent..yeah, it's sad..I need 40 hours in a day. I know that Sarah's sheet music is out there, but it's usually not the same composition as the songs you hear on her cd, but I will check that out, it would be cool, I think I even have one song in sheet that is pretty good. Piano is a wonderful stress reliever..

Ok...have to get dolled up to go to DH's christmas party...where there is wine, wine and wine...hehe

Oh, I should open up the wine?? Dh and I are going out on a date. Got my workout of legs done..p90x style. Ab Ripper at midnight??? YIKES! My hair needs straightening. Can't wait for Kenpo tomorrow. Love it.

I'm drinking the wine. I don't have a corkscrew opener so I hacked it to death with a knife. lol. Spilled wine on my AC/DC shirt. I am drinking it now and I have not had dinner yet. I NEVER eat this late. What is my problem??? This is definitely a off day for me. Dh should be home any minute. I might be drunk by then. lol

Amber - So what's the difference in the music that you find? I don't know enough about it? I would end up buying it and then be disappointed. :(

Well i missed alot today.

I did GS BSB.....I am gonna feel it tomorrow.
Had to work alone today.DD sick. She was at the er. Had bad bladder infectiona and Plurosey.... It was a day i tell you.I dodn't get to fold the towels till 3 pm. I have 2 loads in for the am. 1 to fold one to dry...

Tomorrow will be worse. The day before x-mas alone. Oh, my god. Help me someone.Plus , i will be doing some of her clients that she did not get phone # for to change their times.I may need some xanex tomorrow. Hope i can handle it. I am quick, but i hope everyone has patience.
