Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for Finally Friday April 4

Hi Maniacs,

My first class trip with DS today, just got back. Anyway, this morning was supersets done in two sets of 15 with a 2 minute rest.

Chest/Back
Decline Flyes
15/15 - 31's
Underhand Barbell Rows
15/15 - 77# ***this was suppose to be 75#, but I had wrist weights on from the flyes and did feel like taking them off***

Legs/Shoulder
Leg Extensions
15/15 - 67 1/2 ***I don't know why these are so hard for me, I am starting to think it's my bench it's too big and I can sit properly***
Lateral Raise
15/15 - 16's

Triceps/Calves
Skull Crushers
15/15 - 48#
Barbell Calf Raises
25/25 - 115#

Then added some ab work. Also, feel like I am getting sick, feel it in my throat and my chest!

Hey Maniacs!

Today has been super busy so I just now got the chance to sit down and peck out a few lines. I did Cardio Coach Press Play this morning followed by the abs and stretch from Cardio & Weights. I really pushed myself on the inclines and can now totally feel it in my legs. What can I say? I am in love with the pain as well}(

Char-Now I can't get the Pac Man image out of my head:) You are too much! Glad your mood has shifted. We all told you it would start coming off;-)

Finished my weight work, but still need to do cardio..had lots of interruptions. Anyhoo, I didn't do as good cuz I think it must be from lack of carbs for the energy, but I did my very best anyways. Ya'll know I struggle with bench, etc.

CHEST:
BB Press W/U 60# and 2 sets/15 (I did go up for the warm up from 55# last time to 60#)

Incline BB Press
3/sets of 6 @ 70#

Flat BB Press
4/sets of 5/5/5/4 @ 80#

Weighted Pushups with (2) 10# plates on my back (stabalize core as well to keep them from sliding off, and did 4 sets/6

TRICEPS:
Close Grip Bench Press W/U 60# 2 sets/8

Close Grip Bench Press @ 70# 2 sets/6 then dropped to 65# 2 sets/6

Lying BB Tricep Ext with 40#bb 3 sets/8

Hello to everyone!!!

Meg I have Cathe's supersets and forgot all about them, I haven't done those in a while. Might have to pull those back out! Compared to Imax 2 how is Imax 3, with music and moves etc??? I've thought about getting it, but I can't even do Imax 2 all the way through and have done it many times when I was stepping alot.

Charlotte - nice poundage on those weights you animal you!

Linda - I miss those days with my kiddies! Now I will have events to do with my grandbaby! Nice workout you did. I didn't do anything tonight. Will tomorrow.
